Parker Arkenstone was thankful that the ice storm which had been predicted to start a few hours ago, still hadn't hit the section of interstate he was currently cruising. He had left Washington DC earlier than he had planned, trying to get a jump on both the impending bad weather and the hectic holiday traffic.
