I couldn't deny that I was inwarly squirming right where I stood as Carla just stared back at me with a blank expression written all over her face.
I knew she was pissed off about out encounter a little bit earlier on but I had no idea what was going on through her head right now. I just sighed and went to sit down next to her on the bench.
I looked over to Carla, just to see she was still blankly staring off in the distance right in front of her. I sowly placed my hand on her thigh and that jolted her back into reality. Carla visibly jumped, looking uncomfortable as s**t, which made me draw back my hand instantly.
