The council meeting took longer than I thought. I wasn't really in the mood to attend that meeting and listen to other supernatural creatures bickering about who is the best kind to lead the council. I'd rather stay in my house and play with my new toy. The thought of tormenting Cailean made my heartbeat rise with excitement. But I have to finish her off tonight, even though I wanted her to suffer for a long time. I must weaken the Alpha of the Triton Moon, so I can finish the job, which I was bound to do a few decades ago. I haven't notice that I was smiling to myself until Alessandra called my attention.
