I nodded at Jace's words as we both walked to the pack house and into my chambers.
As we walked, I still tried to process everything Jace had said to me. I am not just an ordinary werewolf but from a special line of werewolves called the moon wolves.
How was I from an ancient bloodline? Everything felt so surreal and I couldn’t believe it. It feels like I was in a fantasy novel, living it.
Jace closed the door, with Leila following closely behind. When she was about to enter, Jace glanced at her and gave her the expression saying, leave.
“Oh, unmmmm. I just remembered that I had something to do right now. I would just…. Leave now,” Leila prepared to leave but my next words stopped her.
“Jace, let her in. I trust her.” I said and Jace turned to me, his expression unsure.
