Elaine’s POV:
We stared at each other for a few moments before she rushed and hugged me. I missed her so much. Seems like years I haven’t seen her when it has only been two weeks.
“Where have you been all this while,” I pushed her playfully, “you totally forgot about me.”
Chloe laughed, her eyes shining brightly in happiness as she stared deep into my eyes. She slowly approached me again, wrapping her hands around me. I fell into her embrace, missing her scent. I felt her hand go under my chin as she raised my head, preparing to kiss me.
I panicked, pushing her hard, making her fall to the ground, butt first.
“What did you do that for?” Chloe shrank but I didn’t pay her any heed. Instead, I searched around, seeing if anybody saw our little show. Thankfully, there was no one in sight b
