First meeting

One of the people that interviewed her ushered her into the office after they heard a coming in from the inside. " good morning Mr Grey."

the man looks up and look at the two people in his office he immediately recognize his director of financial aid Mr Bruce with a warm smile and does the same the woman. they take a seat on the receiving chairs. he watch the woman with keen eyes her charcoal black hair covering half her face when she seats down.

" what can I do for you Bruce."

he says with a polite smile, although other people know him as a cold and dangerous person which is not far from the truth he just wish they could at least make it more appealing than those trash they keep using as a story.

"you told me to find you a secretary and I did but you can interview her yourself."

the man speak with so much pride in his voice. Grey looks at the woman who is looking everywhere but him. earlier he only saw half her face but now he can see the all face clearly and he is impressed the woman in n front of him is surely beautiful. he smiles at the woman and she returns the smile at him which does something to his heart that he has never felt before he shrugs it off.

" well i will do that Bruce, you may excuse us then."

Bruce waist no time and leave the office. he picks up a folder and reads through it, he puts it down and look at the woman in front of him.

" it's a pleasure to meet you Ms Steel ." Brianna returns the gesture with her polite smile.

" so here in your files it says that you are divorced and have two kids, am sorry if it's a bit personal ."

she smiles at him as if to tell him it's not. he hates when people give him a nod as a response but he let it slide.

" you have no experience in this but you did business in college and you are 28 years old ......." he looks at her, she look like she is in her early twentieth. again she nods her head.

" sorry if I came off a bit startled you look young."

he said not batting an eye lash.

" I suppose you can speak Ms Steel so don't nod at me use your voice to speak." she clears her throat not expecting that, she smooth her hand on the dress she is wearing. her daughter picked it for last night and boy is she the greatest.

" sorry sir, yes I get that a lot."

she smiles at him.

" it's okay, am sure Bruce explained everything to you so for today you can just do a bit of the paper work and tomorrow comes the hard work." she take the files that he hands her over and dismiss her. the cabin is outside the boss's office. she clears the invisible dust and settle on the chair. releasing the breath she didn't know she was holding. The things she had read about him didn't come out at all she expected a cold and dangerous person of course his voice gave out his bad temper when she didn't answer him and those photos on the internet they did not come close to the appearance she received today. the man is dangerously hot and sexy. the features and everything exudes power, she almost got lost in his brown orbs. She blink three times, gave herself some pep talk to remind herself that he is younger than her.

Through out the day they had little interaction and when it was time to go home Brianna gets out of the chair pack her working bag carefully before knocking on Mr Grey's office, she hears a muffled come in and she enters.

he looks at her when she enters nodding for her to state her business.

" hm_uh sir would you like anything before I knock off ." he looks at her only if she can see the interest and curiosity that are swimming in his eyes although she is looking at him it seems she is lost in her own world.

" oh time really do go by fast, it's okay you can go home Brianna I will be knocking off soon too."

she say goodbye to him and head out. she grabs the bag and starts off.

" mummy, dad came today he was asking about you." she was in a happy mood but now it vanishes in thin air. ever since their divorce her ex husband has been trying to talk to her but he has not be through to her, every contact in her phone has be erased only that of her best friend and the principal from the kids school has been left.

" what would you like to eat for dinner." she change the subject rather quickly, her son is too young to understand anything that has happened between them but truth be told he knows everything. Brianna side glance her daughter who is busy on the tv watching a cartoon. " I would like to eat baked potatoes." even though her son takes after his father most of his habits comes from her . they both like potatoes so much that she can cook them even if her eyes her covered.

" I will eat the same thing too."

Her daughter Skyler say from the living room. the carbon copy of her mother.

Brianna knew that thinking about her ex husband is not going to cook for her kids.

After the meal the kids run to their room to get ready for bed. Brianna clean up and go after the kids. she kisses them good night and head to her room. after settling in she call her best friend Keith. he picks the call second ring.

" well if it ain't our mummy bear what's up girl". Keith is always the shoulder she cries on.

" well you didn't call me today to wish me luck on my first day at work." " oh my beautiful friend am sorry i got busy this morning with a girl I brought home I will tell you when we met up tomorrow." sometimes she wonder why he is still single, Keith is the type of guy that could make any girl swore. with hazel eyes and a tan skin, dark hair that is shaved on the side she is sure girls would line up for him.

They talk for a while and say their good night to each other. she put the phone on the night ready to sleep the phone rings.
