The alpha’s rogue mate

The pack house is bustling as pack members flock in and out trying to start their day. The warriors are being handed their schedule for the day, the pups making their way to school while the rest of the pack members try to put a rush on their breakfast. Suddenly, the pack mindlink opens: ROGUES!!, the pack warriors assigned to the borders yell through the link. This sudden announcement sends the pack into full chaos mode. The pups alongside their mothers are immediately taken to the basement and 8 warriors are stationed to guard them. Alpha Damian rushes out of his office where he had been all morning filing out paperwork to see the warriors have all gathered outside the pack house alongside his 2 sons(Devon and jay).They all begin to shift to their wolves but just before rushing off with the warriors, he gives Beta André a strict instruction to protect the Luna at all costs. Turning around, he led the warriors to the pack's border. The sun shone bright as ever as each warrior took their stance. The air was thick with tension as both rogues and warriors stood observing and waiting for who would strike first. Jay; the alpha's 1st son suddenly yells "Did you filthy rogues come here to stare or to battle". This statement seemed to break the staring contest that had begun. One of the rogues suddenly lunges at jay but as an alpha's son and trained warrior, he easily steps to the side letting the wolf land behind him. The battle erupted in a chaotic explosion of fur and fangs. The pack warriors, their movement fluid and practiced clashed with the rogue wolves who fought with a wild unpredictable ferocity. Devon, the alpha's 2nd son and also alpha in training takes down a rogue wolf with a clean bite to the neck dangling it in his mouth till the rogue goes limp in his mouth, he flings it away but another rogue wolf was quick to lunge again. Jamie; the beta's son and his best friend leapt to his defense, his claws glistening in the sunlight as he strikes the rogue wolf with a series of swift precise blows. The rogue wolf whimpered in pain stumbling backwards as Jamie pursued it, biting its head off. The battle raged on, the pack warriors fighting in perfect sync due to their training as compared to the rogues who had very little training, all that could be heard was snarling and clawing as both pack members and rogues fight for their survival. It was a bloodbath! Wolves ripping each other apart. The battle came to an abrupt end when the alpha's 1st son, Jay plunges his claws into the chest of the rogue leader and ripped his heart out. The death of their leader brings the surviving rogue wolves to their knees. Shift!! The alpha commands them and they each shift to their human form. Amongst these rogues, was a pretty petite brunette. The rogues who surrendered are immediately put on chains laced with wolfsbane and led to the dungeons. On the way to the dungeons; the alpha mindlink the entire pack that the battle is over. Everyone begins to come out of their hiding place, the pups are released and they all race outside to watch the rogues; their heads hung low being led away. It was a chill night. Audrey's heart was pounding as she clutched unto her weapon. She wasn't a fighter one bit, neither had she ever trained before. But their rogue leader forced them, to partake in this particular fight. They lay wait in the bushes secretly observing the pack they were about to attack. Hiding like predators circling the borders. But she knew that if things went wrong. They would be the prey. She couldn't shake this uneasiness that things wouldn't end up happening the way their leader proclaimed and she wasn't ready to be killed for something that wasn't her fault . She couldn't understand why their leader couldn't forget about his mate;the current Luna of the park they were about to attack. He had almost killed her due to his cruelty towards her and his former pack. If it wasn't for alphas of surrounding packs that decided to interfere and strip him off his title as alpha, she alongside the pack members would have died of starvation. He wants her back now that she seems to be thriving as the current alpha's chosen mate. He must really be delusional, Audrey shakes her head. From the corner of her eye , she could see the other rogue wolves forced to take part in this attack fidgeting. Everyone was really anxious. She tries to relax herself and gather her thoughts but she had barely relaxed before they were spotted by the pack warriors at the watch tower. They immediately inform the warriors patrolling the border and the alpha of the presence of the rogues before rushing down from the watch tower. We've been discovered!! The rogue leader links them. This statement makes her heart sink into her stomach, the only thing she prayed to the moon goddess about; they shouldn't be discovered but it was happening. The pack warriors immediately ordered them to surrender but the rogue leader refused and they didn't dare to go against him so they stood with him. Each party staring at each other and sizing their opponents until one of the current alpha's son yelled something. It seemed to break up the staring contest that had begun. The 1st person to lunge an attack was a rogue that had been trying so hard to win their leader's approval but this only led to an early death for him. Once the battle started, Audrey didn't want to be a part of the bloodbath that was sure to happen in a little while, she scurried around searching for the perfect hiding spot where she couldn't be discovered or killed. She watched from her hiding spot as furs kept flying around, everyone had shifted to their wolf at this point.
