Dryx and Byron joined us after grabbing four bottles of cider and two bowls of potato slices from the belt. I tried one slice of potato and it was so good; I didn’t realize how much I had eaten until the bowl was empty. Byron laughed and said, “Doesn’t Burk feed you?” I wanted to scold him, but Anna took my hand, ignoring his comment. “Let’s dance,” she said with a soft giggle. I noticed Dryx’s eyes following her as we got up and went to a square floor space where everyone was dancing. Next to the space a sort of musical instrument with strings and different types of drums self-played a song.
