CHAPTER 7 “What in the mountain happened here?” Anna came into the workshop, lunch tray in hand, to find the walls, shelves, table, Burk and me drenched in green goo. “Trickster potion,” Burk said as he wiped the goo off his face. We had brewed it that morning. Everything was fine until all the ingredients somehow got fused together to form a gooey blob that jumped out of the cauldron and hit every surface in the hall. We tried to capture it by hand, until Burk gave up and shot it with a lightning bolt that shattered the blob altogether. “What?” Anna frowned, then shook her head. “I don’t even want to know.
