Our Last Dance

Chapter 18

They both brushed their teeth, they took their bath, Maddie was already dressing when they cane out of the bathroom.

Maddie wore a Dolce and Gabbana black jumpsuit, and started brushing her hair, she did a ponytail, and put on a red lipstick and pouted her lips in the mirror.

Kelly and Amelia were still looking for the dress they want to wear.

Finally Kelly found a cloth that she enticed her to wear, she wore a gown from louis Vuitton 2023 summer, she took the hair stretcher and stretched her hair. She put on a little make up, and she looked at her beautiful self at the dressing mirror.

Amelia wore a Versace shirt with the logo imprinted on it, she also wore a leather black short, and also wore heels perfectly matched the dress. She packed her hair to the back and wore a black cap and added shades to complete the look. She also took a red lipstick and rubbed it on her lips, afterwards she rubbed her lips and also pouted it.

"Let's take a picture." Maddie shouted with joy, after seeing how beautiful they all look in the mirror.

"Purr." Kelly said as she flaunts her dress.

"We are the slay girls." Amelia added.

Maddie quicky grabbed her phone and pointed it at the mirror.

"Y'all ready?" She asked as she began to take pictures.

Kelly and Amelia started posing immediately for good pictures.

After a while of taking pictures, they decided to go outside the house.

As they were walking outside, Maddie's mom walked out from her room and saw the girls and was shocked.

"Where in the world are you girls going ?" She asked.

"Hey mama." Maddie said as she waved to her mum.

"Hey." Amelia and Kelly said at the same time.

"Hello, how are y'all doing?" She asked.

"Good." The three girls said together.

"You still haven't answered my question." Bridget pointed out.

"Well, we're going for blackpink concert." Maddie replied.

"Wow, good for you guys." Bridget said.

"Have fun." She added.

They all entered Maddie's car and Maddie drive then to the arena where the concert is holding.

There was a long queue when before they could enter but in the end they entered, after few minutes of getting in the concert started.

The Blackpink members started performing and everybody was shouting including Maddie, Amelia and Kelly. They were screaming on top of their voice.

Everybody in the crowd were singing the songs lyrics for lyrics. The arena was booming with people, and everybody looked happy watching their favorite artist perform.

While performing a particular song, "Ready for love" that is the one of the best friends favorite song.

Lisa, one of the Blackpink member came out to do her own rap verse in the song, as she rapped Maddie, Kelly and Amelia were deep down in tears as the lyrics were so relatable to what they are going through in their life right now.

They rapped that part passionately with the crowd as they were in tears.

"This is the best day of my life!" Kelly screamed.

"Me too!" Amelia and Maddie also responded.

After the concert, they all took pictures outside the arena and posted the pictures on i********:.

"Hey is that not an ice cream truck." Maddie said and pointed to an ice cream truck that is just a few steps from them.

The three girls looked at theirselves and ran to the ice cream truck to get their ice cream.

Maddie got chocolate flavoured ice cream, Kelly got strawberry flavoured ice cream, while Amelia got the vanilla flavoured ice cream.

They all spent their time with their ice cream and also took pictures of it, they are trying their best to make this day to be the best of their life.

After licking their ice creams, they thought of what to do next.

"How about we go to that new restaurant that had been trending on social Instagram."

"Do you mean Las cuisine ?" Amelia asked.

"Yes girl." Kelly responded.

"Which place is that?" Maddie asked pretending to not know the place.

"Just this place, you will know when we get there." Kelly replied.

Kelly gave Maddie the address to Las cuisine restaurant. While Maddie drove the girls to the restaurant to go and have the enjoyment of their life.

When they got there, Amelia and Kelly was so shocked about how beautiful the place looks like. Maddie is not too shocked because she has been here before, the night she met with Dave.

They went in and sat down for a while and the attendant cake to give them the menu for the food they have.

They all had different food in mind, each of them ordered different food, but they ate to their satisfaction.

Maddie wanted to tell them about her issue with Dave and how she and Dave once met here but everyone has a lot on their plate, she doesn't want to add more to it.

"What are you thinking about Maddie ?" Kelly asked.

"Nothing." Maddie lied.

"Let's take more pictures." Amelia said.

"Yeah, this place is too good for us to not take pictures at all." Kelly added.

The three of them brought out their phones and took more pictures of themselves.

After eating all the food they ordered, they all want to go to their various homes.

"I'm very sure my mom is missing me right now." Kelly said.

"My own mom wont miss me, she just needs me to take care of those monsters." Amelia said while carrying her bag.

"Don't tell me that it's your little siblings that you're calling monsters ?"

"No way." Kelly said.

Amelia raised her shoulders up.

"Oh my God you are calling those cute little babies monsters." Kelly said and laughed.

"Trust me, they are not cute little babies anymore." Amelia responded.

"Wow, and back then I used to be jealous and wished I had younger siblings like you." Maddie said.

"You girls have no idea how lucky you are, those children can frustrate a person's life."

They all laughed and started packing all their stuffs, then Maddie made the payment for their food.

Afterwards they all went outside and waited for taxi.

"Taxi." Amelia called when she saw a taxi passing by.

The taxi stopped and she wanted to enter but she went back to meet Kelly and Maddie.

Maddie and Amelia were both confused, they were wondering why she came back instead of entering the taxi immediately.

"Did you forget something ?" Maddie asked.

"I don't think she did." Kelly answered.

Amelia got close to them and was trying to catch her breath.

"I just wanted to say.." she tried to catch her breath again.

"I love you guys." She finally said.

Maddie and Kelly were so touched by what she said, and they all hugged themselves for a while.

After a long while the taxi driver honked the horn of his car at them.

"Oh, that must be for me." Amelia said as she ran towards the taxi.

"I'm so sorry." She said as she entered the taxi.

"Bye !" Maddie said.

"Bye!!!" Kelly shouted.

The taxi was already moving and Amelia waved from inside it.

"We're waiting for yours now." Maddie said as she looked down the road looking for any signs of a taxi driving around.

"Yeah." Kelly also looked down the road to also check.

"I've seen one." Maddie said with excitement.

"Where ?" Kelly asked.

"There." Maddie said and pointed at the direction of the taxi as it was coming towards them.

"Taxi!!" They both called and The taxi stopped.Kelly also hugged Maddie.

"Drive carefully." She said.

"I will." Maddie said and laughed.

"See you in tomorrow then." She added.

"See you love." Kelly said.

She went inside the taxi.

Maddie waved to Kelly as the taxi was moving, Kelly also waved to her.

Maddie went to where she parked her car and brought our her keys from her purse and unlocked the car, afterwards she entered the car, closed the door and started the car. Before she started driving she played one of her favorite song. "Gimme love by Sia"

She played the song and started driving, and was jamming to the song as she was driving home.

She thought of how her day went and felt happy.

"When you feel like your day is going to be ruined but your best friends were there for you and the day turned out to be the best day of your life." She said to her self and continued driving till she got home.

She parked her car in the garage and went inside.

"Hey sweetie." Bridget greeted.

"Hi mom." Maddie replied.

"How was your day ?" Bridget asked.

"Great." Maddie said happily.

"Goodnight then, I always want to see you this happy." Bridget said as she went to her room.

Maddie smiled.

"Goodnight mom." She said as she went upstairs to her room and removed all her dress and cleaned her makeup, she immediately changed into her night gown and went straight to the bed and slept.
