“You have to show some trust in our son, Aid and he is not someone weak for whom you are scared so much,” I said going and sitting down beside him on the bed and removing his hand from his face. “What is making you so worried, Caritas?” For the first time, I am seeing my mate in such a situation where he is not able to maintain his usual composure.
Everyone including the pack and our allies knows him for his composure even in the toughest situations and now when the matter came upon our son he is losing it. “I am not scared, Caritas. I am just…” I paused in between and sighed. “It is not only about our son but also about Hazel. Already Lucifer left us all with such a big sacrifice and now I can’t put his daughter at the same spot.”
