“How is he?” she asked on the phone as I sat on the couch, shifting uncomfortably in the dress pants I was wearing. And damn, this blouse is uncomfortable too. This has to be one of the worst parts of this whole ordeal. I always hated dressing up like this but Felix thinks it’s necessary.
I understand he wants to make a good first impression. He has fears, lots of them but I tried telling him he has nothing to worry about because I honestly think he’s fine. That didn’t ease his worries though and he’s been hiding behind the guys and the kids.
When he wasn’t at the hospital visiting Brooklyn, he was at the rink with Miles, Lucas, Gage, Art, Archer and Finn. He’s been driving himself crazy about it all.
