I slowly stretched my arms into the air and Gabriel grabbed the bottom of my shirt and pulled it up until it was off of my body and I shivered.
I watched him throw it to the ground as I automatically went to cover my body with my arms.
“No.” He grabbed my wrists, pulling them to the side of my body.
“I’m going to make sure you're warm, baby.”
He made sure that my legs were firmly around his back as he picked me up. He moved whatever covers that were in the way to the side and laid me back down against the bed.
And then he was crawling on top of me and his lips met mine again. A big blue fluffy blanket came over him and we were tented. Our bodies' warmth quickly played on each other and I was no longer shivering from the cold.
