CHAPTER SIX

As soon as Hanson left the lawyer's office. He called Joey who answered immediately "Hey Joey I need you to get in touch with Lizzy. I need everything she can find, on the Shadow Mountain pack." Elizabeth Crawley was a pack member who was also a private investigator. Joey responded "Of course Alpha." then asked "What's going on?" Hanson wasn't sure that he wanted to mention Isabella yet.

He knew Joey wouldn't believe him if he said Oh by the way I found my mate. She's the bloodwolf. So he simply said I will explain when I get back. I just left the lawyer all of the paperwork is signed and notorized. We will have possession of the property by the end of the week." He could almost see Joey's relief. He could definitely hear it in his voice as he said "Thank the goddess. I will let everyone know, unless you want to." Hanson told him to go ahead. Then they hung up.

Bella had turned off the television deciding to get some mixed martial arts practice in. It was a combination of Jujitsu, Aikido, and Krav maga. She had started training at the age of five. Her mom had told her it was important that she be able to defend herself. So Will, the pack's lead warrior, trained her in mma. She had managed to make the adult training classes by the time she shifted. Will even mentioned wishing she was a boy so she could take his place one day.

Of course when they were forced to run from the pack. She found out the real reason that she had been trained. Had her mom not jumped in front of her. Bella would have been able to fight them off. She lost her will to fight though after watching her mother die. If Xavia hadn't taken over and run. Bella probably would not have left them. After all it was her fault her mother was dead.

As she stepped out the back door Xavia asked 'What happened to vegitating?' Bella began stretching as she told her 'We are just going to get some practice in before lunch, Xav. It won't take long.' Luckily for them, their wolf form was already beyond well trained. There was no need to practice in that aspect at least.

Bella was just about to land a solid kick to the tree in front of her. While she punched the practice dummy beside her. When a voice said "You're really good." Bella shivered while Xavia said 'Yay, Samson's back.' Bella turned to see Hanson standing at the back gate. 'How long has he been watching us?' she asked Xavia. Xavia didn't respond so she asked Hanson "How long have you been watching us?"

Hanson smiled saying "I just got here. I thought we could get lunch instead of dinner. If you want to that is." He couldn't seem to stay away from her. While she was secretly hoping he would come back earlier. Not that either of them would admit it.

Bella told him "No that's great actually. Xavia didn't want to practice anyway. Just let us take a shower and get dressed." He nodded still staring at her. Bella had never had anyone stare at her that way. Most people looked away from them the minute they saw them. They gave off a powerful aura that scared most people, even men. Which was most likely why she was the only twenty nine year old virgin on earth.

They walked in to the house through the back door. Bella walked straight to their bedroom asking Hanson to make himself comfortable. Xavia interjected 'You should ask him to join us.' Bella actually considered it for a moment before shaking the thought away saying 'No Xavia, Stop it now.'

Xavia gave her a wolfish grin saying 'Well in two weeks you'll be begging him to touch us.' Bella had no idea what that meant. She asked 'What are you talking about Xav?' as they stepped into the shower. Xavia laughed before telling her 'If you had paid attention in health class you would know. We will be going into heat with in the next two weeks.' Bella's hands stopped half way to her hair. Shampoo dripping through her fingers as she said 'Are you serious, No that can't be right. I paid attention in class. You're wrong.' Xavia laughed again ' Denial party of one your table is ready. You forget I have seen all of your memories. Health class was the least of your worries.' she said.

After their shower and getting dressed. Bella took a deep breath before stepping into the living room. Hanson was sitting on the couch looking at his phone. He asked "Are we ready?" Bella took a deep breath deciding not to think about what Xavia had told her.

As they all headed out to lunch. Hanson asked "So where is the best place to go?" then he added "Not the country store. Samson is determined to never step foot in there again." Bella laughed saying "Well if that's the case, then we could go to the R.V. park. This is a really small town so there aren't that many places to eat."

Hanson wanted to see her laugh for the rest of his life. It was the most beautiful sight he had ever seen. Bella noticed he wasn't responding but was smiling so she asked "What are you thinking about over there?" Xavia answered saying 'He is thinking about you and forever.' Where as Hanson answered "I've just had a really good day."
