BLOOD WOLF: VOLUME ONE

Chapter Fourteen

As they ran Samson linked Xavia 'Where are you my love?' Xavia stopped immediately responding she told him 'I will never leave you. You know this. I will make sure we don't leave the pack lands. Let me deal with Bella while you deal with the pack. She simply needs time.'

Samson huffed in the link before saying 'Alright my love. Please return as soon as possible? Hanson is losing his mind Bella won't respond to him.' She promised they would and continued to run.

Samson spoke to Hanson saying 'I reached Xavia. They simply need time. She said we need to deal with the pack. She will deal with Bella.' Hanson reluctantly agreed telling the others to return to the pack house. So they turned around as Hanson linked all pack members ordering in his Alpha tone 'Everyone at the pack house IMMEDIATELY.'

They arrived at the pack house to find the entire pack standing outside. Shifting back they put on their clothes as they made their way to the porch of the pack house. Once they were in front of everyone Samson spoke through Hanson saying" I do not care how you feel about your Luna. She is the strongest wolf to ever exist. That is why she is so feared. Everyone of you are welcome to leave. We will not stop you. We will give up every one of you before we give up our mate."

When he was finished speaking a man stepped forward saying "What will you be without your pack. We should come before anything. Why not reject her and take Alpha Wren's daughter as your chosen mate?" Samson lost it responding "XAVIA IS MY ETERNAL MATE. I WILL DIE BEFORE I REJECT HER." Hanson immediately took over knowing that Samson was about to start killing people.

Hanson spoke using his Alpha voice he said "I will not reject my mate for anyone. The Goddess wanted her with me." Then he asked "Do you dare to question the Goddess?" As if summoned Selene appeared in front of Hanson in a flash of light. She yelled over the screaming voices of the pack saying "ENOUGH!"

It instantly became silent. So she spoke obviously outraged she said "How Dare You. You question me." Everyone present fell to their knees from the power she gave off. Selene continued saying "Should you kill Isabella and Xavia you will cease to exist. I Do Not create monsters. Xavia and Isabella Donavon Will Save You All." No one could speak, they were all in shock of being in the presence of the Goddess herself. Once she was finished speaking she calmed herself realesing her hold on them.

That's when a little boy and his twin sister stepped forward. The boy looked up at Selene who was smiling down at them. He was too scared to speak so she kneeled down to his level asking "What would you like to ask me Sly?" The little boy smiled not understanding how the Goddess could know his name.

Their mother who had rushed after them was surprised herself. "How do you know his name goddess?" his sister asked. Selene smiled turning to the girl she said "I know all my children's names, Sonya. Though, you two, she looked between the twins at their mother, will be extremely important. That, however, is a conversation for another day."

With that said she looked back at Sly and asked "What is it you want to know my son?" Sly quickly responded saying "They say the Bloodwolf eats children." Selene sighed heavily before telling him "They lied, though that is not their fault because they were lied to. Xavia is the only Bloodwolf I have created. She is deadly but Never without cause. She would die to protect the innocent and you my sweet children are very innocent." With that she stood and addressed the pack again saying "I have gifted you the most fierce Luna ever to exist. Treat her with respect and do not fear her for she will save all of my children."

All the pack could do was nod at her as she disappeared into a bright light. After a while everyone dispersed back to their homes.

It had taken Xavia an hour to talk Bella into returning to the Pack house. Though, she refused to shift back without clothing so she linked Heather who was in the Alpha's office waiting for them to return. 'Heather we are right outside. Could you please bring us some clothes?' Bella asked. Heather immediately stood up from her seat saying "She's outside I am going to get her some clothes."

Hanson stood as well heading straight for the door. He was a man on a mission. When he was finished with her she would never run away from him again. Hanson was pissed until that is he saw her lying on the ground looking so broken inside.

A few minutes passed before Heather came outside carrying an outfit for her. Hanson simply sat next to her gently running his hand along her back speaking in a soft voice he said "Bella I love you. Everything is going to be alright." then he asked "Will you please shift so Heather can give you these clothes." She did as he asked taking the clothes from Heather and putting them on.

As soon as she was dressed Hanson took her hand walking her into the pack house. Bella kept her head down as she let Hanson guide her to their room.

Hanson closed and locked the door as soon as they entered the room. Noticing that Bella still had not lifted her head he gently placed two fingers under her chin making her lift her head to look into his eyes. That's when he realized that she was crying.

Bella's mind was racing, was he going to reject them. Did they come all this way just to be sent back. To spend the rest of their lives alone. Xavia was trying to convince her that would never happen but she just knew Hanson was going to reject them. So she finally just said "We will leave tomorrow morning. Please just let us spend the night with you."
