we chat

clicked on nearby and there it was list of options to chat with

meg was bored , soundtrippin and browsing the net.

checked her inbox, and

lots of messages to read. and she didnt mind

she picks on random name and replied.

"where you from? it looks like your just few miles from here"

"i live nearby."

and so they started chatting till midnight

"meg you are beautiful and u seemed nice but i

 didnt get your real name"

"it is meg, yours?"

"its aki" replied

they get along and talked for days... 

and for 3 months they decided to meet.

aki worked in a bar a barista and he also plays in a band with his siblings as part time.

he plays the guitar which in fact was a plus for meg.she is really attracted to those who can play music. she loves music.

their first meet finally happened after few days of planning.

he looked so cute for her and she cant resist his charms. she cant even look in his eyes directly. he was sweet looking guy and girls around looks at him and so she felt really flattered.

he ordered her a drink, and they talked like they already knew each other well.

they felt comfortable with each other

"hold on i have a call" 

"ok, ill just be here "said meg

after few minutes

he said he had to run and get his sisters who just called

"i have to drive them home.""please wait for me" as he beg

she was left in the bar with his friend that works in the bar

after a while

they arrived so quick and he was with his sisters 

"meg i want  you to meet my sisters, shes the vocalist" points his younger sister " and my elder sister plays the keyboard, you'll soon meet my brother which plays the drums." he said, proud and confident

she was feeling shy but flattered that he was not shy to introduce her as his date with his sisters.

"maybe you could come with us sometime and watch us play" as his sister likes to promote their band and wants to get more audience

meg agreed "ofcourse id love to see you  guys play, where do you usually play?

and so his other sister mentioned a lot of places and gave the schedule.

"ill fix my schedule for you guys" said meg

"i would love to see you there while i play" aki said

and she couldn't resist him and she said yes "i will be there"

FEW WEEKS LATER 

she went to the bar where they have invited her to come

"you came!" aki said as excited to see meg again .blushing

"here sit in the vip table" offered and pulls the chair like a gentleman.

"this place is nice , i like the ambiance"

"and food here is great too. you must try" aki said

"sure i will order later with some beer"

"okay good. ill be in the stage in a bit so just relax and enjoy, okay"

and he pats her back as he goes on the stage with his siblings, puts his guitar on and getting ready to rock.

he was very confident but not boastful. seems he had a lot of fans screaming on the other table, which are all girls. meg didn't mind but she felt special.

after his sister is done with 4 songs he grabbed the mic and she was surprised that he is doing solo.

and yeah this guy could sing. 

"i would like to dedicate this song to my special one" and glanced at meg, locked his eyes on megs eyes. stared at each other like theres no one looking at them.then aki winked at her.  meg moved her look at the girls like she did not she anything. but she was blushing

not knowing it was for her until he started singing. and he was like a rock star and nailed it

he stares at her while he was singing , full of emotions and full of love. putting signals that he liked her so much.

aki's sister sat beside meg and told her "he doesn't really sing solo but since you are here he insisted to have the stage to impress you"

she was really surprised 

and flattered at the same time. 

she could even noticed the other girls getting so jealous of her.

it was a perfect night for them.

audience clapped and some girls scream when he was done"i love you aki"

and made meg smile. 

after their set, all sat together and bonded with meg like she was part of the family. they all liked her.

and from then

this always almost happen whenever she visits the bar and watch them play. 

she always made sure she will have time to unwind with the band, and with aki

then as time goes by,  

she started to feel something for aki.

she was in love.

part 2

days and days  past by aki seemed uneasy and became busy

"can i court you?i like you so much" aki texted meg and he was shy to ask it in person. 

"ill think about it..." unsure if she wants to put their relationship to the next level. 

she had known aki for a while and they were like best friends

they go somewhere, travel to places, hang out together, visit each other almost every day. 

and all was lacking was a label.

it was all good to go

but whats holding her back?
