Prologue
Once the World was ruled by God's. Some races had more freedoms than others, some even felt devotion to their God, but enslavement Is still s*****y no matter how kind the master. The races were powerless to rebel for how can one defeat a God? The Goddess Lilliana, self proclaimed Goddess of Love, saw the World filled with bitterness and pain and could stand it no longer. She told her people's that they were now free, that from this day on they'd only need to worship her if they chose. Then, in an act that the other Gods would see as a betrayal, the Goddess gave her people the means to help all races throw off their chains. The first God to fall was Morne, God of Hate. The people that were inflicted with his rule gladly took up Lilliana's cause. Using the Gifts the Goddess had given them the people Killed Morne's Priest slave drivers, defeated his Demons and finally imprisoned Morne in Crystal.  Lilliana taught the rebels how they could draw yet more power from the Gods they imprisoned and so each Tyrant they felled made the rebels more powerful. No matter how righteous the Gods thought they were, one by one the rebels toppled them. Most races appreciated their new found liberty and joined the cause. A few resented the interference and tried to to defend their deity bit no one God could be allowed to stand.  If the Gods had united immediately the races would have been crushed, but by the time the Gods realises their peril enough to put aside their pride it was too late. The war became bitter both sides creating monstrosities in the name of survival. After nearly a hundred years of fighting the Gods gathered in the Lord of the Mountains stronghold. They fought to the bitter end but finally the races overcame their defences and cast down the final Deities. The Races created their own kingdoms and whilst over the centuries there would be other wars, and it was true that many worshiped the Goddess Lilliana, never again would a God dictate the fates of the living. Or so it was told.
