Arriving at Spirit Mountain this morning had a heavy feeling to it. Damian was being short with my sister, and she seemed to look defeated. I'm not sure what happened last night when they got back, but it must have been intense. I tried to talk to Alette, but she assured me everything would be alright.
Damian finally told me what happened, and I understood why he was upset. However, to be this angry about her not listening to him, and eavesdropping on the interrogation, was a little overboard to me. I understand he doesn't want her exposed to the harshness of being Alpha, but he has to remember she is his Luna. There is no hiding her from it, she needs to be a part of it all. Good, bad and ugly. They can't run a pack as a team otherwise.
