This was it. My breaking away from abuse. When I first met Simon, he was the sweetest. He was attentive and kind. He treated me as if I was the most precious thing to ever come into his life. However, that all changed after Alette was rescued and Adelina and I moved to Northern Sun.
That's when the darkness in him started to show through. He would disappear for hours on end. He would come home late at night smelling of whiskey, and the occasional pain I would feel while he was gone told me that he was sleeping with other she-wolves.
The first time he came home after being with someone else, I questioned him. The only response I received was a punch in the face. He told me that anytime I chose to open my mouth to question him, the same thing would happen, or worse.
