Growing up
The chatters and noise from children could be heard all over Christian school down in Wetland.
"Give it back"Kate yelled with a face deviod of smile,she was just seven years old,with red colored eyes that matched well with the color of her curly hair,she was a slender beauty and the second child of The Birish,she was lucky to come from the wealthy and influential family,she had an elder brother Oleg and a younger sister Spark.Her brother who is two years older than her,a very intelligent and cute charming boy beating her with two class and her younger sister who she was just elder to with a year,a very socialize and sharp girl,who she was ahead of with a class.Funny enough both Oleg and Spark had golden colored hair unlike Kate and blue eyes too like that of their mum.Kate was just different as she decided to obtain all her traits from her old grandparents.
"And if I don't what will you do cry......."James mocked,one of the school bully was at it again,but Kate was equal to the task.
"No.....this"she said and kicked James right on his stomach before she took to her heels leaving poor James to groan in pain.
"A.....A.....what's the rush"(Law)for short questioned craning his neck in other to see what was searching behind to see what or who was chasing her.Law and Kate had been friends sorry that's an understatement,they've been besties since they were toddlers althrough Law was thesame age group with Kate brother Oleg ,it didn't matter much as this two where very attached maybe because Kate's mum and Laws were very close friends bonding The Birish and Gergerton family together.Law had an elder sister Milla,who is two years older than him.
Kate turned herself searching for something or someone before she returned her gaze back to Lawrence worried looking face."I got him",
"Who..?"(Law)for short asked with a contoured face.
"Him", Kate replied but on seeing Law still looking confuse she added"James of course"
"What did u do?"
"Nothing in particular"
"Kate..e"law called her name looking a bit upset,so she stood on her toes because Law was a little taller than her and whispered something inaudable into his ears.
"You wha...t, how many times do we have to go through thi...."Law was unable to finish his sentence because James was already storming towards them,he made Kate stand behind him while they await the arrival of the ferocious beast.
"I already saw her so bring her out"James ordered angrily.
"And if I don't?"Law asked with a raised eyebrow,some naughty kids who couldn't wait for a fight scene we're already yelling"fight",and this was enough to get the attentions of some school staff.so the three of them were shown the way to the principal's office.

"Kate you should stop fighting",law said looking straight ahead as both him and Kate walked out of the principal's office after being reprimanded.
"Why?"was Kate simple answer.
"Because I say so"
"Shit.."Kate murmured rolling her eye balls.
"You are always being summoned to the principal's office and it's a very unhealthy thing for a girl.
"I want to be like you"Kate said with pouted lips.
"What...?"
"Yeah" law didn't have a good record at fighting too.
"I am me Kate,you are a girl"
"And so..."
"Fighting is a norm for a boy"
"And it's abnormal for a girl"Kate twisted what law just said to her.
"Yeah....yes.... probably..am not saying y shouldn't stand up for yourself but.."
"But what?"
"But it's already crossed limitation"
"Still can't remember complaining to u"Kate said with squinted eyebrows.
"What's that suppose to mean?"
"And when did we start picking out our difference huh?...,I thought we were thesame on all levels aside gender?"
"Yea....,yeah.but......"law stammered racking is little brain trying to find the right words.Kate is very trickish even though he was two class ahead of her it meant nothing when it came to brainworks,she was just too good at using peoples words afaiaga them.
"But what....?"
"You little witch......"law cursed
"You devil in distress"Kate mocked giggling,and the school bell rang signifying the start of another class.
"I'll see ya when I see ya"law said running off to his class.
"Whatever..."Kate replied absent mindedly as she was admiring a dirty looking pendant which James was trying to steal from her back then.

"Kate what are you doing?"Mrs Brittany asked with her body rested on the door way into Kate's room.Her room was always a mess,she never listened to her mom whenever she talked about acting like a lady.
"Packing......."Kate replied reluctantly,still focused on packing her stuffs into her outting baggage.
"You going over this weekend too....?"Mrs Brittany asked a bit disappointed that Kate still hate living around home.
"Is not like u care, you are never around so why the act?"Kate replied mindlessly.
"That's rude"
"Whatever"Kate murmured.
"BBY you know I care about you and your siblings but..." Kate cut in.
"You are always busy with work which is ya top most priority as a mother"
"But..."Mrs Brittany said about to place her palm on Kate's head as she was already sitted close to Kate on the rough bed.
"I'll go down stairs now"Kate excused herself and left her mom behind to talk to the empty room.
