Alex pov:
It has been two weeks since and she has yet to wake up. Jason and I have been on a war path or wolves on edge constantly. We have no leads no answers as to why she is still out. The doctor said there was no reason medically for her not to wake up she was already healed within the first week. once the doctor left the room, telling us the news i was about to explode when i heard her grandma quietly say can you feel her Lycan?? so quiet if we werent of alpha blood then we wouldn't have heard her. she had the most fearful look in her eyes, i have known the magna's for all my life and now that i think of it the day of the accident was the first time i had seen her wolf. it was much bigger then either of our wolfs a bright black with red stipe down her stomach. She was the most beautiful wolf i had ever seen so why is she asking about a Lycan? They all died long ago in the great war, the ones that had been rumored to have lived. No one has seen or heard from them since that time. I knew they kept to them self but i saw with my own eyes her wolf so im so confused. "We need to take this conversation somewhere else" Jason says the ever so level-headed one i know he is just as confused i am. so i mind link our betas we have been friends since birth, and we would trust Jeff and Brent with our lives and our mates life they are the only other two people outside my family that knows she is our mate. while were waiting for them to arrive i walk over to jenny and hold her hand rubbing little circles letting the little sparks flow threw our bond like i do every day hoping it will help her wake up. lost in thought i hear Jeff enter the room, i give her a small kiss on her cheek and told her i would be back very soon. Jason did the same, and we took arnica to my dad's office. It's the safest place we could think of. on our way there we let dad know we needed to have a conversation, and we were on our way with mrs. Magna.
As we walked in the office my dad had a solemn look in his eyes, none of us have been doing so well. Dad asked her if she had been able to get a hold of melody and to no ones surprise she hasn't been able to reach her. the sad truth is that she isn't the best mother she wont be winning any awards any time soon. Soon the whole room when silent and air became so thick you could cut it with a knife so i was the first to speak. "why would you ask me about lycans?" my dad gave her a weird look and asked "are you sure you want to talk about this now?" she stayed quiet for a minute and said "they have to know and i have to know why she hasn't woken up yet!!!!" almost in tears she told us her story.....
"Long ago there was a great war as you all know most glycans were either killed off or used for there power with very little of us left me and my mate found each other by a mirical since our family hated each other and were on aposing sides of the war we were young amid thought that our love might bring our family together and finally end this bloodshed. Unfortunately, that was not the case our family gave us an ultimatum either reject eachother or be banished and fend for our self with no one and nothing but eachother. That was the easiest decision of my life we soon left and never looked back. We had a hard time at first with people who wanted to use our powers to gain land money ect. That was until i met your mother and she offered us sanctuary with a promise that no one would ever know our secret and we would always be safe.and tire to her word i found it safe to bless this land and vow to protect it with my life. You see since we are both from the original royal family we have alot more power then most and our kids if they choose so will have a mixture of both our powers. My daughter choose to abandon our ways of life and when it was time she was all alone and rejected her Lycan. She has to accept there glycan and the powers will follow but if they choose not to then they will remain a human."
taking a break so we could adjust to the information she just told us and Jason is the first of us to speak. "I saw your wolf all be it was bigger than ours but it was a normal wolf nonetheless" "I didn't feel anything different" He said more harsh then i would have i can see that his wolf is on edge and he's having trouble staying in charge. i put my hand on his shoulder hoping to calm him down a bit at least i can grab him if he try anything stupid. p "Thats only a part of my power i can make you see anything i want" just as she finished her statement a giant snake replaced her form and came our way knowing that it is my biggest fear i jumped back and was ready to attack claws extended slashing all while its trying to squeeze the life out of me. one min i am about to pass out and the next minute i am sitting on the couch in the same position like nothing just happened. Taking a minute to catch my breath "Why the hell wouldn't you two help me, how could you just sit there and let that monster try to kill me!!!???" Jason looking ever so confused asked me what the hell i was talking about nothing was attacking me and i never left the couch. "do you see what i mean now and that not even the tip of the iceberg. so you see why its such a danger if any one would ever find out what i am but i am worried about jenny about her not waking up yet so i have to know did you or have you felt any thing from her?"
