Chapter Fifteen John pushed open the door to his West Vancouver oceanfront house, pulling me along by my hand. The house was a glass mansion, to which I took no notice. I knew where I was, how I had gotten here, that I’d left Toronto this morning, that I stayed in his hotel room the night before, that we had dinner out in a restaurant after my fall.
