As I closed my eyes to relax, I began to feel as if all of my energy was being drained from me, the same energy that made me feel powerful and alive when I was treating patients in the hospital.
When I woke up, my body was hurting, and I realized I was back in my room. Looking at my hands, I noticed they had been burned again.
