His Innocent Angel

Chapter 5

Xander's Pov :

I woke up 5 minutes after my alarm rang. I brushed my teeth and took a shower. I quickly got ready for school. Taking my backpack and phone I went downstairs.

" Good Morning honey" My mom said. She smiled at me warmly.

" Good morning mom when did you come back? You were going to come next week" I asked in confusion.

" Yes but the meeting which was on Monday got postponed so we came home" She said.

" Did you talk to Aria ?" She asked me raising an eyebrow. Here we go again. I knew she would ask me about Aria.

" I did but it was not planned" I told her what happened.

" You are just like your dad. You should have asked her if she is ok. But you said like what you see sweetheart" My mom said mocking me. I feel like laughing looking at her expression.

" I am going to talk to her today" I told her. I am planning to talk to her like a normal person.

" Finally you got some balls. Use protection ok" My mom said grinning. Sometime my mom really make me uncomfortable.

After finishing my breakfast I kissed my mom on the cheek and went outside of house in garage. I went in my car and started driving towards school. I am thinking about how to approach Aria. I am really nervous. In 20 minutes I reached school. I parked my car in parking lot and got out of my car. I was looking for her but I didn't find her anywhere. I met Ethan and Austin in hallway. Alex is probably with Sasha in janitor's closet.

I went in my first class with Ethan. I saw my angel is sitting in front. I told Ethan to go ahead. I went near my angel and sat beside her. She didn't notice me yet. Then she turned towards me. When she saw it's me who is sitting next to her eyes widened. I wanted to laugh at her expression. She is looking adorable.

" Hey sweetheart how are you" I asked her. She looked at me confusingly. She started looking behind her. I think she thought I was talking to someone else.

" Why are you sitting here" She asked me in confusion.

" Because I can sit here" I said smirking. I should really stop giving her arrogant replies. She was going to say something but familiar voice cut her off. I looked towards the voice and saw Veronica standing there looking at Aria in disgust. How dare she look at her like that.

" Baby why are you sitting with this nerd? Let's go we will sit in back and have some fun" Veronica said seductively. And I swear it didn't even turned me on.

" How many time I told you there is nothing between us" I said clenching my fist. I am so angry right now. But then I glanced at my angel. I saw fear in her eyes. My eyes softened looking at her. I don't want my angel to be scare of me. I will never hurt her.

" Ok if you don't want me it's your loss" Veronica said and started walking swaying her hips. I ignored her and looked at my angel.

" What is your name sweetheart" I asked her. I know her name but I just want something to talk with her.

" Stop calling me sweetheart and my name is non of your business" She annoyed. She is annoyed because of me.

" Ok so non of your business tell me about yourself" I asked her teasingly. She really looks cute when she is angry.

" That's not my name it's Aria" She said.

" Now was it hard to tell me your name" I asked her smirking. She didn't say anything because Mrs. Brown arrived in class. I was looking at her but she just ignored me.

After bell rang, Angel quickly got up from her seat but before she took one step ahead I stopped her.

" Now what do you want" She asked me. Oh my angel how I want to kiss you right now.

" Nothing angel just going to say bye don't miss me so much" I said. I started to lean in. She closed her eyes. I wanted to kiss her lips but I can't now. Not before she accept me. So I kissed her on cheek. Her eyes snapped open and she looked at me wide eyes.

" Bye Angel" I said and walked out of class smiling like a fool. If anyone see me right now will think that I am crazy. And yes I am crazy for my girl.



Aria's POV :

After school I decided to talk to Mia. I told her to wait after school. She was waiting for me outside of school gates. Looking at her expression I can say she knows what I am going to ask. I went near her and asked her if we can talk in the cafe near the school.

We both get in my car and started driving towards Justin's Cafe. We sat in seat near the window. I looked at Mia and saw her looking at anywhere but me.

" Mia I think you know what I wanted to talk about" I said. She was pretending to look confused but failed. She sighed.

" I know you want to ask me about what's going between me and Alex. I am going to tell you now because I can't keep it secret for long" Mia said. I just nod at her to tell her keep going.
