Just as Jenna was about to ask him who the real killer was, she heard a faint noise coming from another room. Without hesitation, she ran towards it, her gun at the ready. As she entered the room, she saw a man standing over a young woman's body, his knife raised in the air. Without a second thought, Jenna fired her gun, hitting the man in the shoulder. He fell to the ground with a thud, and Jenna hurried to check on the woman. She was still alive but barely. Jenna called for an ambulance and then turned to the man on the ground. 'Who are you? And why did you kill these women?' she asked, her voice cold and determined. The man sneered at her and then whispered, 'Thomas Reed forced me to do it. He promised me a better life if I took the blame for his crimes.' Jenna's blood boiled with anger. She turned to Thomas, who was still standing in the main hall, his eyes filled with regret and sorrow. 'Thomas, you have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law,' Jenna said, her voice filled with disappointment and sadness. The case had been solved, but Jenna couldn't shake off the betrayal she felt f rom Thomas. She never expected to find love and betrayal, all in one investigation. But one thing was for sure, she would never forget Thomas Reed and the haunting case of the factory.
