"I can no longer tolerate this incompetence from you! I have kept quiet for two months now, I have given you countless chances and a lot of time to clear your head, but you keep slacking in your work" Mr Willow, stood firm as he hollered "I have been very patient with you but I have run out patience, I don't think you would ever be at your best!" "Sir, please", Andrea blurted out with hot sweat streaming from her forehead down to her cheeks and it dropped like a tiny droplet of water on the floor. You're constantly absent-minded, you leave your jobs half done, you couldn't complete the task for last month, you come in to work late, you loose your focus too easily, and your incompetence is starting to tell on the company's growth" Mr.Willow spoke almost breaking into a hot sweat "I know I didn't complete my task for last month, but that's the first time sir. I have been one of your best staff and you know it, if you send me away you will also be at the losing end" andrea fired back at him "Well I don't care about that now, you do not listen to me. I can't have you make me lose my customers, because you fail to do what they asked of you," Mr. willow said with his eyes widely opened like he was looking into Andreas soul "But sir".....! I do not want to let you leave empty handed but if you do what I asked of you, I won't sack you and I will promote you to a manager and increase your salary twice of what a bank manager would earn. Why would he think so low of her? He has been making his advances at her and even offered her a new furnished apartment and a car but she rejected it.
