It was a parchment sent, and when I read it, I thought it was valid.” He shook his head. “I thought we would fight just now. It was weird that Donnie left without a fight.” “You are right!” Clark nodded. “I am thinking about that too.” “Do you have the parchment now with you?” Joshua stared at Clark and Hugh. “Here.” Clark retrieved the parchment from his pocket, then gave it to Joshua. Joshua read it fast then creased his forehead. “Either it is a trick to separate Valerie from me, or the Therons changed their mind.” He tightened his fist. “I must go to Albert’s mansion now.” “I am coming with you!” Clark said. “I wonder now why Albert could locate this apartment so easily?”
