“Ryan, if you wish to keep working here, tell that b***h to come to my company to see me, I have better punishment for her, if she fails to come, you are fired for life.”

“Sir please,punish me instead,she didn't know your identity that's why she said those wrong words to you.” Ryan went on his knees to beg him.

“I don't want you,I want the b***h who ran her mouth at me to get punished,I give you three days to send her to my doorstep otherwise you will not just lose your job here,I will make sure you never get a job of your own.” He warned him and took his leave.

The manager faced Ryan,“Of all people,why do your friend have to offend him hum?”

“I thought he will let it go.” Ryan said looking so sad.

“A man like Barry,I doubt that,anyway,you have to do as he says because if he blocks your way of ever getting a job that means it will be difficult for you to feed and take care of your needs.” The manager also left and he thought about it,he will have no other option but to tell her.

Ashley had no idea what exactly happened to Ryan,she was home as usual bored and thinking about what to do and how to feed for her self.

Abigail came in immediately with some nylons having meat pie and ice cream,“Don't tell me you wasted money again?” Ashley questioned.

“No I didn't ,I know you will be home doing nothing so I came up with something to spice things up.” She smiled handing over some to Ashley.

“Thank you,at least I will get busy with this.” She opened it and took a bite from the meat pie before opening the cup of ice cream,“Vanilla,my favorite.” She took her spoon to take from it and wore a happy expression on her face.

“I know you will do this,so I did some digging about the CEO you humiliated.”

“Why will you do such a thing?” Ashley question dropping the whole thing and wearing an angry face.

“So you go to him and apologize,that's the reason,you need to beg for your life otherwise you will be ruined.” Abi added holding her hands but she hit it off.

“Hell no,I will do no such thing Abigail,he is silly and too proud,when next I see him again,I will make sure I hit his face and push him down.” She demonstrated everything she is going to do to him making Abi uncomfortable.

“Enough Ashley, for the sake of Ryan you need to do so,what if he sacks Ryan? Will you be happy about it? Please I beg of you,I don't want any problems.”

“You worry too much dear,there won't be any problem okay? The so-called CEO got what he deserves.” She stood on her words.

“Okay fine, whatever but if he ever loses his job,I will chase you out.”

“You always say that Abigail but no problem at all,I will not meet that fool for any reason.” She continued licking the ice cream and eating meat pie.

“Anyway,will you care to hang out tonight?”

“You mean the club again? Why do you always go there every time?”

“Because it's fun and I don't know why you are not catching fun,you need a man now as well ”

“I won't be coming,so don't bother preaching to me about it.”

“You will come and it's a must as well,you have no say in this.” Abigail replied going inside the room while Ashley shook her head.

A few hours later tonight, Abigail got dressed and applied her make up when Ashley stepped out of the bathroom.

“Hey dear,your dress is here,so get ready let's go,we are going to have so much fun tonight.”

“No, a big no,I told you earlier today I am not going there and there is no way I am changing mind.”

Abigail dragged her back and gripped her ear,“Hey,that hurts,let go of me.”

“I won't let go until you agree to come with me or I will be calling your parents letting them know where you are and boom your old ugly husband your are betrothed to will be here with the guards and you will be married tonight.” Abigail let go of her and fear suddenly consumed her.

“I hate you so much and I think the dress is pretty,I can't wait to try it out.” She faked her smile and took the dress immediately to wear it.

“Yes,I got a good taste for you.” Abigail said with a beautiful day smile on her face.

They both finally got ready for the party and Ashley got shocked seeing Ryan coming to pick them up with a car.

“Hey,you came at the right time.” Abigail stated.

“Who's car is this?” Ashley questioned.

“My cousin,he is in town and he doesn't want me using a taxi,let's get going.”

They entered the car and Abigail noticed Ryan wasn't happy at all,he didn't really look at Ashley and Interact with her as usual.

They arrived at the club and they were let in taking their seat as the waiter served the champagne and sauced chicken as well.

“So Ryan, what do you think of me working at your bar,will you talk to your boss for me?”

“No, please I don't want you to cause more trouble for me,I need to smoke.” Ryan stood up and Ashley found it confusing.

“What's happening to him?”

“Well,I think you ruined his day when you talked to Mr Barry in that tone.”

“But he was happy the way I talked to him,he said I was the first lady.”

“I guess something must have transpired after we left,I will find out.” She left to meet Ryan.

Ashley decided to drink more and got intoxicated as well thinking about everything,what if she just ran away and thought of a way to survive.

She joined the dance and when she saw Ryan and Abigail kissing,she wished she had a lover.

She left the place and ended up getting harassed by some guys but she got saved by Barry.
