Tristan's POV The sun shone high up in the sky, its harsh glare sliding down my skin. The rays from the sun were scorching hot, and when I said they were hot enough to peel off a person's skin, then best believe I wasn't exaggerating. In fact, it seemed like the sun was mad at the earth for only God knows what, and today, the humans were the ones paying for it.
