Fiona’s POV I counted the seconds that were left till we arrived at the mansion. I was never this excited to go home, but today, for a reason I couldn't quite place my finger on, I couldn't wait to burst through the double doors of the house and tell dad all about my latest adventure, and by that, I simply meant the man I'd met at the office today. I pressed my eyes close, allowing the memories that rushed at me to replay in my mind. They weren't a lot, but they had managed to already make an imprint in my mind. No matter how many times I tried to shake the thought away, it always came back, but that wasn't even the bad part. The worst part, was the fact that I couldn't get a certain someone's face out of my head, even now. The moment I closed my eyes, he was the first person I saw.
