"milady, his Majesty has decided to make an appearance in the dining hall and requests your presence as well." Rose said when she found Thrianna in the garden with Nina. "Ok."Thrianna said abandoning her idea of a quiet meal in the room, she looked down at Nina. "Let's go."she said reaching out to her and she took her hand without hesitation, they went into the manor and straight into the dinning hall. They had guests, next to her seat was a man looking around his early sixties dressed in clothes too tightly fit for him,he had a really big stomach and the buttons of his waist coat was threatening to snap open, he was dutifully gwaning on some grapes on the table , apparently he couldn't wait for the meal to begin and next to Ivor at his left was a lady, young and beautiful ,she had honey blonde hair and bright blue eyes and there was Ivor sitting quite as relaxed as always with a subtle smile on his face as their gazes met as she looked away immediately. "Mama."Nina called out running towards the blonde lady who turned to catch her up and place her on the seat next to her. "What have you been up to?"the lady asked fixing strands of Nina's dark auburn hair behind her ear. "Thrianna brought a bird back to life."she declared as the fattened man choked on his grape coughing uncontrollably, the butler came forward rapping his hands around his belly and pressed back , again and again until his air way was freed. "Thank you very much Richard."he said sweating profusely as he drank from the up of water offered to him while Thrianna just stood in place watching the little drama. "What?"the blonde lady asked Nina , Thrianna snapping out of her trance answered. "It was asleep."she said walking to her seat, and no one talked further on the topic as it didn't make sense except she was a witch and everybody knew that witches were extinct, they were extinct right? She sat by Ivor's right, and they were served varieties of meals, she would have eaten as she wanted if Ivor wasn't hellbent on watching her instead of eating his meal. "I would have never pegged."the blonde lady said and finally he tore his eyes away from her to stare at her. "What?"he asked. "Well we have been seated here for minutes and you didn't deem it fit to introduce us to-"she stopped as her eyes trailed from him to look at Thrianna. "Well I'm lady Sacha Braville, sister to lord Raphael Braville, lord of Coundour, this is my daughter Nina."she said and Thrianna nodded,so that was why her last name sounded so familiar. "Lord Travis Bergamot, lord of Ashdane."he said and Thrianna nodded. "I'm Cathrianna Winter, daughter of lord Frederick Winter, lord of Gatrish, nice to meet you."she said with a light smile on her face. "And my queen."Ivor said taking a sip from his wine,he didn't seem at all interested in the meal. "What!?"Sacha asked from her side of the table. "We are not married yet."Thrianna spoke through gritted teeth to his hearing alone ,he had no right to call her his queen when they weren't even married, she placed her hands on her lap and clenched it, when could she leave this place?,she didn't want to be his queen, she didn't want to be his wife. He didn't seem to pay any heed to her complaint just kept sipping from his wine glass like it was the most exquisite item on the table. ------------------------------------------------^_^---------------------------------------------- "It would be great, i'ld position more guards by the gates and build you a tower for sky gazing."and his voice hazed out as Trice stared at the flowers in front and beyond. I can't live without you, was that the primrose or dandelion?,it should be the dandelion, no the primrose,oh!,why was it so hard to decide?,if only Darion was here, she thought tilting her head to look at the red carnation, that meant forever in my heart , right?,yes that she was sure of and the daisy- "Lady Beatrice?"he called her name for the umpteenth time. "What?"she answered looking at him. "I asked if you would do me the honour of riding to-"and she wasn't listening again. Deadly nightshade he said, she wondered if it could put her out of this misery, maybe not,it would just cause great pain to her mother and sister and she didn't want that. Lord Lorick's son, Irvin Lorick had been seated with her since early afternoon, apparently trying to win both her heart and concentration but he wasn't having much success, she was occupied with something else and It was obvious she wasn't even there with him, and when he managed to call her back she would faze out once again. He couldn't help but wonder what was going through her head. "I would pick you up by tomorrow then."he said rising to his feet , and she stood with him. "Thank you for having me."he said taking her gloves fingers in his hand as he leaned in and kissed it and she withdrew her hand immediately feeling repulsed by his action. "Of course."she said. "Have a safe ride back ."she said and with that she was already on her way away from his sight. He dipped his hand in the stream water and whispered some words and he saw her, he had been doing this for the past two days, when she was on bed rest and wasn't feeling too well,he had really wished he could go back and see her, when she cried, he wished he could be there to console her like he always did, when her father had announced that she would be married to Lord Lorick's son by the end of two weeks ,he was furious, what could he do?,how was he supposed to convince the council to let him bring her here, and when Irvin kissed her hand he would have grabbed him with vines and hung him up on a tree upside down and leave him there till he was satisfied, Beatrice was his and he would have liked to teach Irvin where his place was.
