“Take out trash,” Kwans said, kicking the man's lifeless body. “And since I’m done with all my business for the rest of the trip you can head back to New York and I will be there in two days. Before you leave, make sure this house is clean and locked down grandma and I will be moving to the Kingsman house for the last of our stay since I have company now. ” Kwan told Luclea as he tapped information into his phone.
“Yes sir, the woman will be transported to the Kingsman house basement and they have already injected her with Simvastatin.'' Lucela told Kwan as he put his phone back into his pocket.
“Good and make sure my grandmother and I will not be disturbed while we are out.” Kwan said as he began walking down the stairs and with Lucela close behind him.
“Why are you following me?” Kwan asked, noticing that Lcuela had not yet left his side.
“I didn’t get a chance to say hello to grandma when she came down earlier so I just wanted to say hello, sir.” Lucela told Kwan slowly began to pick up speed.
“I told you to handle the trash.”
“It’s already being handled sir.” Lucela said, pointing behind him where two men at the top of the stairs were already removing the body and scrubbing up blood from the concrete.
“No GO AWAY, I know you're just trying to steal my grandmother from me you f*****g asshole!” Kwan silently yelled.
Without warning Lucela ran down the last half of the steps and around to the front gate where Kwan's grandmother was patiently waiting in the car. Kwan's face was covered with annoyance once he reached the car, he pulled at the door next to him only to be greeted with the sight of his grandmother pulling Luclea in for a kiss on the cheek all while Lucela had a huge smile on his face.
“Kwanee, why didn’t you tell me that Lucela had arrived? He will be joining us at the Kingsman house right?” Kwans grandmother asked in a sweet but demanding tone.
“I think he has some work that he needs to do..” Kwan trailed off as he sat down into his seat looking at his grandmother's sad face.
“Yes ma’am he will be coming with us.” Kwan said as he slouched back into his seat annoyed, knowing he could never tell his grandmother no.
“Wonderful I get to have fun with my twins.” Kwans grandmother exclaimed.
“He’s not your grandson nor my twin.” Kwan said quietly under his breath. Ever since Kwan and Lucela were children, Kwan’s grandmother referred to them as twins since they share the same birthday. And she considers Lucela her grandson since he was around the family since his birth.
“What was that sir?” Lucela said, trying to hold back his laughter knowing that he got what he wanted.
“Oh what did I tell you, you don’t have to call him “sir” when it's just us sweetheart.” Kwan’s grandmother said not knowing that Lucela was more than just Kwans personal assistant.
Lucela cracked a huge smile while slowly turning to look at Kwan who was obviously annoyed by his intrusion on Kwans grandson and grandma time.
“Am I released sir?”
“You are free.” Kwan said releasing Lucela from his duties.
“Kwanee, what happens to that man outside, I’ve never met him before.” Kwan’s grandmother asked.
“It’s what ‘happened’ not ‘happens’ and we sent him somewhere far away, you won't be seeing him again.” To Kwans grandmother it meant he was sent on business somewhere else but Kwan and Lucela both knew that the man was dead. He had made one of the biggest mistakes of his life, seeing the face of Kwan’s grandmother.
There are very strict rules on who gets to meet or even see “The dove” which is the secret codename for Kwans grandmother. Only special Noble and Rain men are allowed that level of prestige. If any outsider who engages in mafia business sees Kwans grandmother's face then they are killed as they are considered a complete risk to her safety.
“What about that pretty lady, who was she?”
Kwan had no response.
