Underneath an orange tree, sitting in the rented Hyundai Sonata, the nondescript little man lowered the 35 mm digital camera with the 120 mm telephoto lens, and laid it onto the passenger seat. For a second or two he stared at the window across the street and at the man in the wheelchair and the woman sitting beside him. Silently, a raging storm was rumbling loudly in his consciousness.
