Villain The World Needs

“Get that motherfucker. I’ll access Farhan’s mind before it is too late.” Olivia said and spawned a helmet. Gabriel broke into a run and jumped straight out of the window. He landed on the grass and almost twisted his ankle, but he regained control and sprinted towards the road. He was in a fury, and it was evident by his pace. The man on the other side was in a whole lot of trouble, or was he? As Gabriel vanished in the alleys, Olivia broke the arrow from the entry and exit wounds, without taking it out. She made the dead man wear the helmet. The insides of the metal lit up as soon as they covered the whole skull. Olivia lifted her fingers and a hologram was seen. She swiped right and left until she found out what she was looking for. Her hand stopped as soon as she saw flashes of the one she was looking for. She was surfing through Farhan’s memories. The fluttering images were showing a man tied to a chair in a metal room. He was in a van of some kind, and there was no one else in the room with him. there were drips connected all over his body, and he seemed to be in a reasonable state of health. He was unconscious, but his head was moving. This meant he was under the influence of drugs. Then Olivia saw the point of view change, and now Farhan was talking to an officer. He seemed to be in charge of the whole operation. Olivia knew that all her efforts had not been in vain. All she had to do now was to find this man. But she didn’t know that she was about to step into something much better. While casually surfing for additional information in the last minutes of Farhan’s brain activity, she found the timetable. And not just that, she saw the other three pillars of the whole k********g. The senator was showing them a presentation, seemingly just after the a*******n. After that, he gave each of the four associates an encrypted pen drive which was programmed to self-destruct if touched by anyone other than the intended person. And there it was, the plans for every week of the month. According to the files, the agent was going to be circled the red district during this week. Olivia secured the information and prayed to god that this worked without the interference of the golden bow. And that was when she realized it. “Wait! He had a clear shot at us, but he decided to run away. He could have easily gotten Gabriel when he was standing by the window, but he killed the commander. He knew Gabriel would follow him! Oh my god, I have to warn him that he is walking into a trap.” Olivia thought in her mind and quickly lifted the radio. As soon as she pressed the button, the wooden bat hit the back of her skull. The radio fell from her hand, and she pressed her head with her hands. As she turned around with her vision going blurry by the second, she looked at the terrifying eyes that were scavenging on her body like a vulture. “My message is very clear. You are going to die! You can either try to run back into the hole you came out of, or you can try and rescue more of your kind. But I WILL hunt you along the way, and kill you when you think you are the strongest.” The man said. His voice was hoarse, and it made the golden mask and the long black hair even more terrifying. Somehow, there was a resemblance, but Olivia didn’t know who it was with. Her head felt way too foggy to concentrate. “Who…are….you?” Olivia asked slowly, her eyes blinking very slowly. “Well, I am afraid you can’t know my real name. But I will give you a fake one to remember me by.” The man said. “f**k you, there’s only one of you. We will kill you!” Olivia said with her last remaining strength. “Yes my dear, you are all a bunch of guerillas. I, on the other hand, am a tiger. In a straight fight, a tiger is no match for a guerilla. You have numbers, you have strength, stamina, and all the advantages over the tiger. And the tiger is all alone, forced to fight. But I will win without a doubt. And you know why?” The golden man said. Sweat appeared on Olivia’s forehead and dripped down as the man reduced the distance between their faces. He held her hair and made her look into his eyes. “Because I am a born predator. Over the centuries, my body was perfect for battle. To top all that, I have the mind of a predator. Guerillas pack immense strength in them, and it is difficult to fight them. But they are not killers, they are herbivores. So the tiger will use its predator instincts and squeeze the most out of his situation. He will wait the night to fall. Gorillas have eyesight comparable to humans, which means they can’t see clearly during the night. And so he will lurk around them, picking them up one by one when they least expect him. The fall of the monkeys is inevitable, no matter how overwhelming the odds. In the same way, I WILL stalk you, and when I feel that the moment is right, I WILL kill you. When your happiness is at its peak, when you think you have won, I will be there to snatch it all away in a second. So you can call me Bagh, which is the Hindi word for the royal Bengal tiger, the most fierce beast in the world.” The man said and punched Olivia in the face, knocking her out. “Wha….what happened? Who did this to you?” Gabriel was shouting when Olivia slowly opened her eyes, using her hand to shield them from the light in the room. “I don’t know, you tell me. I just got here and you were lying unconscious on the ground. Also, I couldn’t find the target. It’s like he disappeared into thin air.” Gabriel said and panted. “He was here. He never ran away. Instead, he made you go out just so that he could give me a message.” Olivia said and tried to get up, but her head hurt a lot. “What message?” Gabriel asked. “We are being hunted. He is extremely witty, and we cannot afford to underestimate him.” Olivia said. The man took off his mask and listened to the chat between Olivia and Gabriel. The microphone he implanted in Olivia was working perfectly well, and the target had no idea. It was time to begin phase two of the plan.
