Fah Watin is a free-spirited fashion photographer and member of an elite Thai family who refuses to be trapped by palace protocols and arranged marriages. But after receiving dangerous threats, her family assigns Tawan, a strict and stoic former special forces officer, as her personal bodyguard.

Forced to stay together 24/7 in the vibrant city of Bangkok, the clash between Fah's wild nature and Tawan's rigid discipline ignites an irresistible attraction. When a dangerous conspiracy emerges from the shadows, Tawan must risk everything to protect Fah—not just from the threat outside, but from the storm growing in their hearts.

The Art of Disappearing(episodio 1)
The wind on the 45th floor of the Gayson Tower in Bangkok was far from gentle. It blew with a wild, high-altitude force, tossing Fah’s dark hair as she leaned dangerously over the edge of the helipad. She held her professional Leica camera with a single hand, chasing the perfect angle where the setting sun cast a warm, golden glow across the city’s skyline. "Khun Fah, please step back two paces. You are crossing the safety perimeter," a firm, low, and ridiculously calm voice called out behind her. Fah didn’t turn around. She adjusted the lens focus and smiled, feeling a rush of adrenaline through her veins. The air was her element; heights and freedom were the only things that made her feel truly alive amidst all the aristocratic protocols. "If I step back, I lose the light, Tawan," Fah replied without releasing the shutter. "And the light in Bangkok waits for no one. Not even security." "The light can wait. Your life cannot," Tawan countered, taking a swift step forward. With a rapid, fluid movement, Tawan placed a firm yet respectful hand on Fah’s shoulder and gently pulled her back, moving her safely away from the ledge. Her grip was like a stone anchor: solid, unyielding, and absolute. Fah finally lowered her camera and turned to look at her new bodyguard. Tawan wore an agent-cut dark gray suit with an elite security badge pinned to her lapel. She had the rigid posture of someone who had spent years in the special forces, her hair pulled back into a tight ponytail, and a serene gaze that seemed completely immune to any provocation. She was like a mountain standing before the storm that Fah usually was. "You’ve been working for my family for exactly three days, Lieutenant Tawan," Fah said, crossing her arms and studying her with curiosity. "Are you always this boring, or only when you're watching me?" "My job isn't to entertain you, Khun Fah. It is to ensure you return safely to your grandmother’s palace every night," Tawan replied without shifting her expression. "My grandmother’s palace is a golden cage. And I wasn't born to be locked up." Fah sighed, walking toward the center of the helipad where her production crew was packing up the lighting gear from the fashion shoot. Belonging to one of Thailand’s oldest royal lineages meant living under a constant magnifying glass. But she had chosen to be a fashion photographer, to travel the world, and to breathe fresh air—far away from politics and the arranged marriages her family kept trying to force upon her. However, things had escalated that week. A series of threatening letters sent to the Watin family had forced her grandmother to hire Tawan's elite security team. And that was how Tawan ended up glued to her side twenty-four hours a day. "The car is waiting below," Tawan indicated, pointing toward the private elevator access door. "Dinner with the minister is at eight." "I’m not going to that dinner," Fah said, a mischievous smile playing on her lips. Tawan raised an eyebrow. For the first time, her icy composure showed a c***k. "Lady Watin was very clear. Your attendance is mandatory." "My grandmother wants to introduce me to her preferred suitor. And I’d rather swallow fire than sit through dinner with that man." Fah took a step closer, closing the distance between them until she could catch the subtle scent of sandalwood and cedarwood surrounding the bodyguard. "Tell me, Tawan... what would you do if I decided to disappear right now?" "You can't. The building is secured by my team." "So you think," Fah whispered. Before Tawan could react, Fah offered her a quick wink, turned on her heel, and bolted toward the emergency stairwell instead of taking the elevator. "Khun Fah!" Tawan called out, her professional composure breaking for a brief moment. The sound of Fah’s heels echoed down the concrete corridor as she took the stairs two at a time. To Fah, it wasn't just a game; it was a desperate need to feel in control of her own life, to be as free as the air. But Tawan was no ordinary escort. In less than five seconds, the bodyguard’s rapid, heavy footsteps were already echoing right behind her, closing the gap with impressive speed. Reaching the 42nd-floor landing, Fah tried to push open the exit door to blend into the offices, but Tawan cut her off. Placing her right hand flat against the door, Tawan blocked Fah’s path, trapping her between her body and the wall. Both of their chests rose and fell rapidly from the chase. Tawan’s warm breath brushed against Fah’s cheek. They were so close that Fah could feel the solid strength of Tawan's body—a grounding presence that momentarily stole her breath away in an entirely unexpected manner. "Game over, Khun Fah," Tawan said, her voice dropping lower from the exertion, holding her gaze with an intensity that made Fah's skin tingle. "As long as I am your security detail, you are not disappearing anywhere." Fah looked down at Tawan’s lips, then back up to her deep, dark eyes. The initial urge to tease transformed into a sudden spark of attraction that caught her off guard. "Sometimes..." Fah murmured in a quiet whisper, "...what scares me the most isn't the threat outside, Tawan. It's feeling trapped." Tawan eased the pressure against the wall slightly, keeping her eyes locked onto Fah’s. The stoic edge in her eyes softened for a split second, revealing a silent understanding before her professional mask slipped back into place. "I won't let anyone trap you. Not the threats... and not your family," Tawan promised softly. "But you have to trust me." On the floor below, the sudden sound of shattering glass and a commotion in the lobby echoed up through the stairwell, abruptly shattering the moment. Tawan reacted instantly: pulling Fah behind her with a protective arm, her other hand moved directly to the holster at her hip. The real threat had just arrived.
