As they chatted, Bolu and Ola walked to her hostel, laughing and joking along the way. He was actually very funny, and she hadn't had such a good laugh in a long time. She almost forgot she was hungry earlier. When she got home, she cooked, ate, took a night shower, and fell onto her bed, ready to resume chatting with her new friend. He seemed interesting and talked a lot, which she didn't mind, as she was a good listener.
He shared stories about his previous relationship, his music career aspirations, and his family. Bolu realized he didn't have many friends and spent most of his time at home, although he had music colleagues. He considered them acquaintances rather than friends. She found it hard to believe he was so open with her, considering his limited social circle. When she asked about it, he said he liked her vibes and spirit, which made him feel comfortable around her.
Bolu eventually asked about his age and discovered she was two years older. She took pride in this and teased him playfully, warning him to start addressing her as "Aunt Bolu." However, he bluntly told her they weren't related. "So, can you date a younger guy?" he asked, sparking a new topic of conversation.
