CHAPTER THIRTY
With a huge amount of help from the vicar and his wife, Leah had managed to organise a funeral. Helen Birchall had taken charge of getting copies of the death certificate and sending them to all the necessary firms and institutions, which was a great relief as Leah wouldn’t have known where to start. The quilting group had offered to make a list of local people who might wish to attend and that was a weight off Leah’s mind as she still didn’t know many people in the area.
