~CALLIE'S P.O.V~
I woke up to a door closing, my eyes immediately flew open, and I started to scan the room. I am definitely in the hospital. I looked towards the door to see those familiar bright green eyes staring at me with a smile plastered across her face.
I let out a breath I didn't realize I had held in.
"J." my voice came out sounding hoarse like I had been screaming, while my eyes immediately softened at the sight of my best friend.
"I am so glad to see you're awake. I've been so worried." Jade says back with joy in her eyes.
I smiled; I could hear in her voice that she was glad I was alive. That made my heart overfill with joy.
