Chapter 69

Jake’s POV,

That was the day he promised to protect and love my all his life and today is the day we came closer and now we are soon getting married. I've known him for 11 years and we have been together for 6 years but there wasn't even a single day he made me feel sad or made me regret loving him. Every moment with him was filled with happiness. I am happy that he kept his promise and I am confident that he will keep it. I am happy that I subsided my shyness and open up with him even if it was the day we started Dating or today or any other day in between. Because he always understand me. And I know it. That is the reason I can share anything with him. He was strong and he had made my stronger than my previous self. He was always gentle and caring like a real gentleman. I thoughts were mature and I like his maturity.

I looked at his sleeping figure besides me. No matter how mature he is while awake, he is like a small cute baby when he is asleep. I kissed his forehead and snuggle closer in his arms before felling asleep in his arms.

"Good morning baby get up, I want to take you somewhere. I have a surprise for you. Come on now get up." I heard a voice falling in my ears. I was deep in my dreams but that soft but loud voice want forcing me to open my eyes. So that's what I did. It was Xabert holding something in his hand while trying to wake me up. And he was only wearing a white colored jogging pants in his bottom while showing off his toned upper body. I quickly sat up and rubbed my eyes trying to open them. While doing that I got glimpses of him pacing in the room doing something don't know what.

After a while I got up from the bed and went straight to the bathroom. I brushed my teeth and then took a quick shower. I wore a bath robe and slippers and walked out of the bathroom to choose an outfit for me.

I picked a black coloured crop top with an off white high waisted bell bottom denim. I like wearing monotonous colours. Pants like such looks good with my long legs. It compliments my height.

I went to the kitchen where Xabert was sitting on the table reading newspaper. He was concentrated on the business new but as soon as he noticed my presence he smiled at me. I went to him and sit on his lap and said,

"Is there something you want for Breakfast?"

"Let's just have and oatmeal porridge today, it will be quick and I have to take you somewhere and get it finished before lunch. We have lunch with my mom and dad remember?"

"Of course I remember. I'll quickly make the breakfast then." I said and went to the kitchen counter. I pulled out two cereal bowls from the kitchen cabinet. I added 30 grams of oats in one bowl and about 40 in other. Then added about a cup of skimmed milk in both bowls. We both are very particular about our meal plan.

I mixed them and then popped them into the oven. While it was cooking I chopped some fresh strawberries and banana.

I popped both the bowls out of the microwave and added a spoon of honey and fruits in them. I stirred it. Xabert's portion was a bit bigger then mine. I served him his and me mine. We both ate and then we took off to God knows where.

He pulled off in front of a huge house. He get off the car and opened the door for me. He hold my hands and took me inside the house.

The house was still unfinished. There were people working there. It was huge it might take about half a year more for it to be completed.

"This is our house. We will live here after we are married. I bought it a year back and it has been building since then. I wanted to surprise you since then but I was holding on. But now I don't think I can wait any longer. I bought it in both of our names. It is big enough for our ten future babies. They can play in the garden or can swim in the pool."

"What! You want ten babies now. It was five the last time time you mentioned them. You are getting greedier." I teased him.

"I want to make lots of babies with you as fast as we can. Then we will pass our responsibility to them so that we can retire and live with each other. We will live in our house."
