Jake’s POV,
“What are you doing Jake?” I hate that she caught me ogling her back. But I was just returning the favor. I know for a fact she doesn't hate it all as she pretends.
“What did I do?” I'm not that bad acting innocent, but she was untouchable, on the top of the food chain. I wonder what she was like in high school. Has she always been like this, trying to supress what she truly feels or it was after what happened to her? can I do anything at all that will help her? I would do anything.
