Love or Revenge

               "Please don't go I promise to be a better daughter please come back"                  Waking up drenched in sweat was not what I wanted first thing in the morning and it's all because of this recurring nightmare that I have had since the day my parents left me on the steps of this place I call Hell. I spent all this time wondering What did I do? Why did they leave me here? I will never forget their expressions, they looked at me with such disgust and disdain I couldn't believe they would just abandon me like I was some sort of trash and not their daughter. My name is Skylar Dark and I am 17 years old with long dark brown hair and sea blue eyes and I'm also a werewolf. Don't give me that look I'm pretty cool except I haven't met my wolf yet and I hope I can shift soon and prove to my parents that I am not useless. Now buckle up your in for a fun ride.                 Being a werewolf of my statue of 5 foot has it's advantages and that is being lighter than a feather where others can't hear me coming I do enjoy a good gossip or two don't judge your probably thinking the same thing. Creeping downstairs I heard my mother and father arguing about something so being the curious one I am I sat at the bottom of the steps to hear better.              "What can we do I can't be the laughing stock anymore it is throwing everything out of control" my father said               " Let's get rid of her she can't train with the other wolves she's not strong enough we need to do something or else we will be over run" my mother said                 You might be wondering who they are talking about and it took me awhile to figure out what they are talking about it's not until what my father said next that I found out who they were talking.             " I can't have a daughter that is this weak no alpha in the wolf world has a weak useless daughter we have to do what is best for the pack" my father said              " She is no longer our daughter we are the ones in charge we need to fix this and fix it fast" my mother said             I didn't realize I was crying until my tears hit my legs they were talking about me not wanting to be heard I covered my mouth and wiped my tears not wanting to hear anymore I hurried up the stairs as my mother came into view as did my fathers tall frame. I couldn't believe they wanted to get rid of me their own flesh and blood my own parents hated me because i was born small It's not like i asked to be born like this what do they expect from me.I sat there trying to figure out a way to convince them that I wasn't useless to them as I was thinking my parents came into the room and when I saw their faces I knew I didn't have a chance to convince them of anything.         "Get up now Skylar" Meet Coden Dark standing at 6 foot he towered over me an my mother and being the obedient daughter I am I had no choice to obey. My father had shaggy blonde hair and muscles big enough to be a building and I'm not just saying that he's buff like a buffalo, he looked at me with his light green eyes mixed with a pinch of yellow if looks could kill I'm pretty sure I would be dead by now and that is why the pack looks up to him because he is brave, strong and fearless. When I came along his reputation was on the line so I heard but, my mother on the other hand Kody Dark stood at 5'4 with long brown hair just like me some people say I look like her but, I don't see it. My mother is as intimidating as my father don't let her shortness fool you she is about as feisty as a snake the pack adores her and protects both my parents as if they were gods.          "Where are we going? Is this a business trip like we took a few weeks ago? I asked not wanting an answer          "Just start packing don't ask any questions we are leaving "  my mother said         Once everything was packed my father grabbed everything and headed out the door putting my stuff what little I had into the trunk of a 1995 chevy malibu that my father bought against my mother's wishes he can be a freak for cars. We all got in and my father sped off me watching my small town fade away wondering where we were going to go now and why didn't we say our goodbyes to anyone in the pack. I don't know when I fell asleep but, when I woke up my father was talking to this old lady that I have never seen before.          "Mom where are we is this our new home?" i had asked my mother and she looked at me then looked away as my father opened the back door to the car and carried me out setting me on the steps of the orphanage.         " Welcome to your new home Skylar this is where you will be living from now on you are no longer our daughter" my father said          " Why are you doing this to me what did I do wrong? Please don't leave me here" I looked at them for answers and what I got left a shooting pain through my whole body.         "We Kody and Coden Dark disown Skylar dark as our daughter and as future Luna of our pack we will not have someone so weak and useless as our next in line"  My parents left me dumbfounded on the steps tears left streaming down my face as there little car sped off I didn't move from that spot until I was carried inside by one of the helpers.         " Please don't leave me here I promise I can be a better daughter please don't go" I cried for hours wanting them to come back and they never did I thought maybe one day they would regret leaving me wishful thinking don't you think. That day was 7 years ago and now I am 17 I know they left a 11 year old to fend for herself tragic and it happened but, I will say one thing I will make them regret leaving me I am no longer that fragile scared weak girl they left behind I am stronger and faster and they will notice me.
