Origin Story
PROLOG Dragon Age In a time long before the rule of Man, the world was dominated by mighty, majestic, fearsome creatures called dragons. This ancient era was known as the Dragon Age, a period when humanity teetered on the brink of extinction, fighting desperately against these formidable beasts. Yet, just when all hope seemed lost, a miracle occurred. A boy was born, unlike any other. This child possessed a gift, a rare and wondrous ability to speak to and command the dragons at his will. The people, in awe of his power, called him the Miracle Boy. He become known as the first Dragonborn—a beacon of hope in the darkest of times. White Age In those ancient days, the world was divided among three mighty factions: Man, Giants, and Elves. Amid this turmoil, the legend of the first Dragonborn began to unfold. Under his banner, the Dragonborn led a fearsome war against the Elves—a battle so fierce that it would be remembered as the dawn of the White Age. When the dust of battle finally settled, the Dragonborn stood victorious. His name, White Dragneal, echoed through every kingdom as the rightful heir to all Kingdoms. But after his victory he unleashed his wrath upon the Elves. His fury was so great that he erased their race from the annals of history, leaving no trace of their existence the hope that had once promised to liberate humanity from the tyranny of wild dragons soon twisted into something far darker. Consumed by power, White Dragneal turned against the very beings he had once fought alongside, Three centuries later, another Dragonborn emerged—Victorian White Dragneal, the son of the first Dragonborn. Following in his father's footsteps, Victorian sought even greater power, leading to the destruction of the Giants, the strongest race of that time. In the span of five centuries, the White Dragneal lineage eradicated both the Elves and the Giants. Yet, these wars took a heavy toll on the dragons themselves, leaving only a few remaining in the world. Kingdom of Wolves As the power structures of the Giants and Elves crumbled, new forces began to rise. Among them were the people of the North, descendants of those who had survived from the Dragon Age. These hardy folk lived in the harsh conditions of the Giant Mountains, where they fought dragons and adhered to their strict laws, known as the God's Law. They declared themselves the Kingdom of Wolves, with their first true king being Hope- Morgan—the White Hunter and Dragon Slayer—who ended Victorian White Dragneal’s reign and was crowned King in the North. Kingdom of lions As the years rolled on, the tides of fortune began to favor those with wealth and ambition. In the southwest, a group of prosperous merchants saw an opportunity to expand their influence. With their coffers overflowing, they enlisted the might of half-giants—powerful beings who had once been part of the great Giant race, now reduced to mercenaries. These merchants, driven by their hunger for power, used their newfound forces to seize vast swathes of land, ultimately forging a mighty realm known as the Kingdom of Lions. Kingdom of Rats But as the Kingdom of Lions grew, not all were fortunate enough to share in its prosperity. Many were displaced, their homes and livelihoods taken from them by the relentless expansion. These scattered souls, with little left to lose, banded together in desperation. They formed small, ragtag communities in the wilds and hidden corners of the land, where they survived through cunning and grit. Over time, these small strongholds became known as the Kingdom of Rats—a shadowy realm of bandits and outcasts, living on the fringes of society. Kingdom of Giants (Ruins) : What remains of the once-mighty Giant race lies in ruins. The ancient cities, long abandoned and overrun by nature, serve as grim reminders of the Dragonborn’s destructive power. Scattered tribes of Giants and half-giants survive here, but the kingdom is a shadow of its former self. Kingdom of Dwares In the southern regions, where the remnants of the ancient Giant race still lingered, another kingdom thrived. Though the pure-blooded Giants had been all but wiped out by the Dragonborn, their descendants—the half-giants—endured. These towering beings, alongside the steadfast Dwarves who ruled the mountains, carved out a domain of their own. This was the Kingdom of Dwarfs, a land of stone and steel, where the echoes of the past still lingered in the deep, cavernous halls of the Dwarven cities. Kingdom of Frost And in the farthest reaches of the world, beyond the treacherous Death Valley Mountains that separated the East from the North, there was said to be a place of myth and mystery—the Kingdom of Frost. This enchanted realm, shrouded in eternal winter, was whispered to be the birthplace of the first Dragonborn. A land of ice and snow, where the ancient magic of the dragons still held sway, and the secrets of the past lay hidden, waiting to be uncovered by those brave enough to seek them out. Kingdom of Snakes(Myth) A hidden kingdom, rumored to have orchestrated many of the dark events in history, including the wars that led to the extinction of the Elves and Giants. Its rulers are enigmatic and secretive, with their power rooted in manipulation and intrigue. Many believe they are behind the rise of the Dragonborn and continue to influence the world from the shadows.
