Valerie took a deep breathe as she walked around the pack grounds.
The pack was nothing but a ten-building apartment complex with each building having ten floors and each floor had four apartments.
So this was a big pack and many people lived here, so as she was walking ahead she came face to face with two girls, and she let these two very well.
Immediately she felt panic and fear and her heart was beating very fast after she saw them as they were the two guards that was guarding her when she was licked in the dungeon and getting tortured.
She tried to ignore them and walk away but she was stopped by one of those who noticed her, "hey you stop."
Valerie froze at her place, but she decided that she can't be scared she was not allowed to be scared she came back to become the biggest nightmares of these people and not be scared by these fuckers
So she calmed herself down and turned around to look at the two ladies who came to here, as one of them said, "I have never seen you here before who are you?""
"My name is Valerie Hale and I do not live here, I live with my godmother in Nolani and I only came back for the alpha's ceremony."
The two ladies looked at her up and down and one of them smiled, "you said you love in Nolani where in nolani?"
Valerie gave her the location and the lady smiled, "wow that place is only the rich can afford."
The other woman also spoke, "you must be rich. Why don't you come with us? we can show you around the pack and on return you can buy something for us."
Valerie moved back when she saw them about to put their hands around her shoulder and said, "no it's fine I am not new here I used to live in the pack before."
One of the lady who rather annoyed said, "many things have changed we are being kind to you, you should appreciate our kindness and not back away like this."
Valerie glared at her, "thanks for the help but I will be okay."
She said and now the two ladies were pissed, and the other said," hey, we are being nice to an outsider like you so appreciate our kindness and come with us."
Valerius glared at them she clenched her fist and wanted to use her magic to teach these two a lesson but she can't use her magic so soon not now, everyone will find out if she did that.
So she stood to her ground and said, "get lost."
She was not going to be a doormat. She was not going to be scared she was going to fight back she was not going to be quiet.
One of the lady came closer to her and glared at her with so much anger as if she was going to kill her and poked her shoulder with her finger challenging her, "what did you say what the fuick did you say?
You ficking outsider, how dare you to come to my pack and speak to me like that, you good for nothing low life I was trying to be kind to you but bitches like you don't really know how to appreciate kindness huh?!"
Valerie's anger was going to explode and it did when the lady said, "no wonder you don't live here and your family sent you away you are a b***h anyways."
And that was it as Valerie punched the woman on her face so tightly that it knocked out few of her teeth and the other one tried to attack her as well but Valerie grabbed her hand and threw her on the ground.
Thanks to Maya for teaching Valerie everything thing about fighting that she knew even since Maya had took her in she had made Valerie engage in many activities and martial arts was one of them.
Maya used to be the head warrior of the pack at some point and was good at fighting and so she taught Valerie as well as Maua herself was traumatised after seeing Vaelrie like that and after hearing the horror stories of abuse that Valerie had told her.
So Maya started to teach her how to fight so that Valerie can defend herself and fight back and never be abused but of course Valerie was just a normal werewolf she can be a good warrior but she can't fight the alpha one on one.
So after she threw the two ladies on the ground she glared at them and said, "I said no!"
She spoke before she started to walk away and did not noticed that the lady she had punched had transformed and ran after her with every intention to rip her apart but before she can even touch Valerie someone grabbed her hand and pulled her aside.
Valerie felt herself being engaged in warm and protective arms and then heard an angry growl and a familiar voice spoke,"What's going on here?!"
Valerie knew this voice she stepped back a little and the man who ha saved her let her step back and Valerie finally looked at Skyler who was glaring at the two ladies.
The other lady came over there and said, "it was her fault, she was new here and we just wanted to show her around and she was being rude to use when were trying to show her kindness.
And to this Skyler said, "she is not new here, she was born here and lived here for a good amount of time and I know here before you, how dare you be rude to my guest?"
The ladies's face paled if Skyler knew her then he obviously knew that Valerie was not new here and that they were lying, so the lady said, "I am sorry. Skyler I....
"You are dismissed I will complain about your bully behaviors with the alpha soon, leave for now.!"
"Yes.!" they said and left.
Skyler looked around at the crown said to them as well, "dismissed, the drama is over."
