Alexander's POV
The day of my mother's trial had finally come. After spending a few hours yesterday going over everything, we called Marvin and Sandra to let them know what happened with Cornelia. They were happy she was alive and safe. Sandra planned to come visit in a couple of days. This morning, we had woken up before the sun out of sheer anxiety about today and were currently lying under the duvet in each other's arms.
