A group of friends live in the school, sharing a living facility in school and were influenced by school peers just for them to fit in and make money they started living a worldly lifestyles, including the ones that came from a devoted and Christan family except edith she was the only one that overcomed peer pressure amongst all her roomies. Edith is a black pretty girl who is outstanding, smart and strong her beauty attracted a lot of guys including her own gender but she overlooked them all, people kept bribing her roommate for them to help them get edith but all efforts were inauspicious because of that edith bunkmate started hating her they all changed, behaving unusual.edith rommies gossiped about her to their friends,a lot of students molested her, insulted her and said she is pretending to be holy and different from her friends edith always feel bad hearing those words but still not planning to join them because it was not the lifestyle she wanted for herself,she stood her ground not forgetting she càme from a poor background.her bunkmates ganged up and threw her out of their hostel.edith continue studying hard her interest for her academics were top notch meanwhile Stella, Angela and Cassandra (edith ex roommates) kept living their lifes, partying sleeping with different men for money forgetting the fact that they came to school. so one morning edith was on her way going to school when a guy(victor) approached her but because she was in a haste to class she ignored him, so the guy got flabbergasted and angry, because he is so desperate to get edith he ganged up with Stella (one of edith ex roommate) to kidnap edith and r**e her Stella agreed to it without thinking twice.so Stella started thinking of what to do knowing fully well that edith is not longer her bunkmate but she kept that aside,she started thinking of a tangible excuse she could use to bring edith out in the night,she thought of using a birthday party but she knew that edith will never succumb to it.so she started thinking of another idea because she knows that her first impression was going to be repudiated.after a long while of thinking she came up with an abstraction (idea)she gave victor a piece of her mind (the desperate guy)so he could get prepared. now Stella had a slite problem she was worried because she was no longer friends with edith because she was among the people that humiliated and chased edith out from their hostel, she knew that there is no way she is going to achieve this if not begging her and making peace with her. so one Thursday afternoon the sun was rigorous and aching to the skin, lectures were over students were rushly heading to their hostels cause of the sun. Stella was not in class so she waited for edith close to the hostel she now stays, lingering for her to pass, not so long Stella sighted edith heading towards the direction,stella started memorising what she would say and how to react.few steps for edith to reach where Stella was, Stella. bumped into her like she never knew edith was coming, when edith saw it was Stella she picked up her books that fell off after picking them she was about to leave then Stella started begging her to forgive her, that she is sorry, Edith is a free simple girl that had no problem or issues so she forgived her but was astounded because she knew that Stella is so proud and wondered what would make her stip so low but she forgave her anyways, Stella told her to come back to their hostel that everyone misses her and wants her back to their hostel, upon hearing this edith became more surprised. meanwhile Stella had early told Angela and iheoma about her plan, edith sensed something cooky but she agreed and she told Stella not to worry she would pack her bags and switch hostels later.stella left happily jubilieting when she left,edith started wondering what all that was for because she was quite sure that,this was not for nothing but decided to go as she said, later when she got to the hostel she now stays,she told Vivian her closest friend in the hostel what happened and also told her that she knew that something is going on.after Vivian heard everything from edith she told edith not to go but edith refused cause she had already decided to go, and the fact that she has assured Stella that she is going to come back to their hostel, Stella told Vivian that she is going to be very careful and Vivian should be helping her to monitor Stella and her friends, Vivian succumb to what edith told her and she promised to help and be by her side.later that same Thursday Stella packed few of her stuffs and went to the hostel she used to stays with Stella and her friends, when she got there she was surprised to see everyone of them happy to see her she kept wondering.so one Saturday night the school vacinities were so calm because most people have gone to sleep, that night edith and her friends were lying on their arranged students bed pretending to be sleeping thinking that edith is sleeping not knowing she was playing the same game with them(pretending to be sleeping) and intend to know the game better,edith is awake trying to know wether she could find any suspicious movement but couldn't, she became worried because she knew that something was going on just as she was still thinking, Stella stood up from her bed with a loud shout then edith stood up and reached out to her asking her what the problem was, that made her shout loud like that,then Stella lied and told her that she had a horrible nightmare then she told edith that she wants to go and urinate and she's afraid to go alone that she wants Edith to follow her,now Edith's doubt were cleared, because she wondered why Angela and iheoma did not wake up but she agreed to escort her as they were going she alerted Vivian with a text message,getting close to the place Stella wants to urinate she told edith to wait while she goes inside to urinate, immediately Edith went out to a hidden place where Vivian was staying and were watching what would happen because she was quite sure something would happen. when the boys victor sent got there, Edith and Vivian saw them,as they were looking around they saw Stella and hit her with a stick to make her fall unconscious so it would be easy for them to kidnapp Stella not knowing that Stella is the wrong person, on their way coming back they called victor and informed him, victor was so happy not also knowing that it was Stella they were bringing to him, when they got to Victor's house victor saw Stella unconscious he was amazed, angry and confused,he started shouting at the boys that brought Stella,but the boys got angry too and said that it it was his fault because they worked according to his instructions, because he told them that they are going to see a lady, that she would be the only one there, and she (Stella)was the only one they saw there.now victor became mute because he was wondering why Edith was not there and what happened,so he waited for Stella to regain consciousness.so early morning the next day being Sunday by 5:00pm Stella regained consciousness and she became surprised to see herself in Victor's house she became worried and surprised so she asked Victor what she was doing in his house and asked him about Edith, victor narrated everything that happened Stella be came confused and angry and later went back to her hostel, when she got to the hostel she did not see anyone so she started calling Angela and she was not picking she called her again and her phone was switched off she became worried then she started iheoma, iheoma picked and was crying when Stella asked her why she was crying she told Stella that she was HIV positive Stella was shocked with goosebumps all over her she hang the call and started crying.later in the day news got to the school that Angela was used for ritual, Edith was so sad and cried because Angela was also her friend,so the next day being Monday one of the lecturer announced to the school, that the son of the owner of their school that came back from Canada would come to visit the school the next day alot of girls were happy because they knew that he had not marry and might choose a wife from their school, when the students got to their hostels the desperate girls started making preparations on how to dress sexy and flaunt themselves, Edith and Vivian were happy too because it has been a long while they haven't seen him, iheoma kept suffering, crying, loosing weight and she stopped attending classes, Edith was summoned by the teachers in the office she was afraid, but later went to answer them knowing fully well that she has done nothing wrong, when she got there she greeted them and they offered her a chair to sit, later a lecturer stood up and gave a nice short speech and concluded by saying that edith is a different kind of girl and her difference made her special she handed an award over to Edith, Edith was so happy and thanked everyone, and also gave a little acknowledgement speech and they prayed for her and she was permitted to take her leave,when she got to where Vivian was waiting for her she told her and Vivian was so happy for her so she hugged her and congratulated her.finally it was Tuesday the son of the owner of their school was around but no students knew about it because he planned on disguising himself to get a wife from his father's school, Edith has been a punctual student and always early to school so she was heading to school when Steve (the son of the owner of their school)saw Edith, Steve kept looking at how she was neatly and decently dressed,composed and beautiful, Steve loved her for that he decided to know the kind of person she was, so he acted like a new student he followed Edith to her department he introduced himself to her and Edith did same, he told her that he is a new student Edith welcomed him and offered to help him to meet up since they have already gone half of the semester Steve was very happy and appreciated her but wanted to see if she was a type that liked money so he asked how much Edith would collect Edith laughed, and said he don't need to pay money for someone to help him Steve became happy knowing that edith was not only beautiful but also intelligent,after asking,Steve went out and told her that he was going to be back, Steve went to one of the lecturer's office and started inquiring about Edith, the lecturer told him alot of Good things about Edith and even told him that edit was awarded yesterday because she is the best student in her department Steve became happy and fulfilled.meanwhile iheoma died and Stella had alot of bad records in school so she was banned and chased out from school. later on edith knew that Steve is the son to the owner of their school,Steve and Edith started dating and as time goes on Steve's father requested to so Edith because he wanted Steve to settle down,when Steve father saw edith he was happy because he saw edith as somebody that was composed, intelligent,homely and someone that would be capable to handle and support his son,so he blessed them, Edith brought wealth to her family, Steve and Edith got married, and lived happily.
