*Xavier’s POV*
Victoria suddenly passed out in my arms.
“I NEED A PACK DOCTOR IN MY OFFICE RIGHT NOW!” I growled through mind link.
I picked her up bridal style, walking her straight to the couch. “Baby.” I whispered, nuzzling her. Maximo was whimpering because he was worried about his mate, just like me.
I placed her on the couch and cupped her face. “Please talk to me. Wake up.” I begged her frantically.
The door burst open as Mom and Dad rushed in. “What is going on?” They asked in panic.
“Victoria!” Mom shouted as she reached our side. “What is wrong with her?” She asked.
“I don’t know. One minute we were… talking and the next she was shivering and frozen in place. Then she suddenly passed out.” I said as I paced the office. “What is taking the doctor so long?” I growled.
