CHAPTER TWELVE

1000 Words
Waking up right in his arms felt so good to victoria, she felt like she belonged just right there. Feeling a bit sore with the activites of the wild night, she laid still reminiscing all that went down. She didn't know what to call this now, or what to call them, she just knew that the way she felt about him had definitely changed. "Good morning beautiful." his voice rang close to her ears. She smiled, "Good morning my alpha male." "Oh, I'm an alpha male now. Does that mean you'll do anything this alpha tells you?" "If it's within my capacity, then yes." Liam chuckled, he kissed her softly and stood up from the bed. "Take a hot bath, it well help with the aching. I'm sorry, i should have been a little gentle with you." "If you'd been any more gentle than you were last night, i would have screamed. I felt the restraint in you, it was annoyingly sweet." Liam raised his eyebrows, his delicate tori like it wild and hot. It made his c**k stir in his now worn shorts, "I'll go make you breakfast while you get clean." he said "Oh, I'm filthy now?" victoria pouted. Liam strolled to the bed where she laid, he kissed her nose and said, "Even if you're covered in mud, i'll still have you." Those words stuck with victoria even after he was gone and she got into the bathroom, she noticed even liam was avoiding the topic about what happens now. She got out of the bathroom after five minutes under the hot shower, she got dressed because she decided to rush home after breakfast. Turning to the bedside drawer, she unintentionally hit it and her earrings went under the bed; "Damn it!" she cursed. She squatted to retrieve it and she saw a box underneath the bed, smiling at the unknown sentimental attachments liam must've refused to discard, she drew out the box. Sitting on the bed, she opened it, she saw the friendship bracelet she had give him in fourth grade. "Oh my God, Liam. This is so embarrassing." she laughed. She dug further and saw some pictures, there was a picture of the brunette she saw at liam's old house the day she went looking for him. She remembered her in his big shirt and the response she gave her: 'My liam isn't home, wanna drop a message for him?' The girl had called liam hers, but in this photo she was in a wedding dress, standing close to a man who's not liam but liam was beside her in a blue shirt and black pant. Placing the picture aside to go ask him later, she saw a piece of white papers, she knew she was invading but curiosity had gotten the better of her. She opened it and read, her brows furrowed and her jaw clenched, she folded it back into the box and every other thing she'd taken out. She stormed out of the room, down the stairs. "Good, come e....." liam started "Take me home." she interrupted. "What? Breakfast is...." "I don't want it, just take me home or i'll walk." victoria said and walked out of the house. Liam hurried back up to put on something decent, when he came out she had actually started walking home, he started the truck and drove towards her. "Get in." he said as he stopped. She got in and he drove off, he took glances at her and saw how sullen her face was. "Tori...." "Stop, don't call me that." "Is something wrong, we can talk about it, i don't like seeing you this way." "Then ignore me." "How can i do that?" Victoria ignored him as he drove her to her mother's house, which was now hers. She rushed out of the truck immediately he pulled over and ran in, locking the door behind her. Liam knocked and called out to her but she refused to open the door, he raked his hair in frustration because he couldn't understand her sudden anger. They shared a beautiful night together, they shared their desires as well, it was clear to him how she felt for him and him her. Victoria paced up and down her room, she wasn't angry about the brunette, she was angry about the documents she saw. Why would liam do this to her? He knew how she'd been emotionally and mentally beaten up about the house, he knew the buyers and he kept it to himself. He watched her worry, he watched her go to mr fletcher countless times, he said nothing. He even had an extra set of keys to the house, tears ran down her face, she didn't know why she cried but she was hurting, victoria wiped her eyes and walked to the closet to change. She took her car keys and drove to leah's, pulling up in front of her friend's house, the twins ran towards her. "Where's your mom?" "She went to get groceries, she's on her way back." Tommy said "How did you know?" victoria asked Todd replied, "A man is inside waiting for her, he called her." Victoria looked up and saw liam coming out of the house, she turned back to her car. "Tori wait." liam called but she ignored him. Just as she got to her car, xander pulled up with leah, she stepped out and said; "Vicki, you're here." "I'll see you later leah, i need to go." Victoria said and was about to get in, liam held her hand. "Let me go!" she yelled "Hold on a minute, let's talk." "I don't want to talk to you right now, please let me go." Liam released her, leah handed over the grocery bags to xander and asked him to stay with her boys. She got into the car with victoria and they were off, "I don't know anything about kids." Xander complained, liam paid no attention to him and just left.
