It concerns me that Milo’s talk with Jack didn’t go well, but unfortunately, we now have other and potentially bigger fish to fry.
“This isn’t the first time there’s been an attack on a Farnethian community, and we know it won’t be the last,” Phoebe points out. “I don’t like it, either, but we already agreed we have to remain peaceful in the eyes of regulars. What are we supposed to do about it?”
“The data trends from the attacks over time suggest that they’re intensifying,” Liam tells her, gesturing to a whiteboard he’s put together. We’re in the private meeting area of the HQ—the six Senses, Milo, Liam, and Ace. “They’re starting to feel less like hate crimes and more like organized attacks—with this last attack being by far the worst.”
