Being the super bad ass she is, Megan jumped over her door instead of using it ... wearing her go-to, booty shorts and a tank top. screaming "b***h are you ready? I cant believe the day is finally here. "

after screaming and jumping in circles, she grabs my hand and we head to the house ... half way there she stops all of a sudden, jerking my arm and says " You're not really wearing the Virgin Mary white dress to go shopping are you ?"

Rolling my eyes, I slapped her arm. " I wasn't planning on it . I figured you would get here and ransack my closet for a different option. "

Oh you know me so well haha " she grabs my hand again and starts pulling me up the stairs to my room so she can begin her search for the perfect outfit to go buy the perfect outfit. lol girls are so complicated haha.

"I want something to make your tan pop. You look golden today no dresses. You always look sweet and innocent " Megan said with a straight face

"I do not " i pouted

"boo you know you do that is why you own so many haha " giving me her best mom look

" OK OK OK, so what are you dressing me in today oh wise one we have to get going if you want to eat while we are in town and I know you want to"

". How about this? She pulls out black shorts with sunflowers printed all over them and a yellow tank top to match ... I thought it looked super sweet but wasn't gonna say that to her because she would start her search again and it already looked like a group of hunters trashed my closet. how one small girl can make such a mess ill never figure it out. heading back down stairs I grab my purse phone and sunglasses and go to tell my parents bye, mom is who I see first " please don't be late coming back I know you have your list but today is very special you will shift where ever your at but I really want you home and in the circle ready to receive a gift from the moon goddess "

"I wont be late mom. I have been looking forward to this day for 18 years of my life. Besides, when am I ever late for anything?"

she just looks at Megan and before she can say anything, Megan threw her hands up in the surrender motion" ill have her home on time mama. We still have alot of pampering to do before tonight. We just have a few last-minute things to grab.

she kissed our foreheads and told us to have a good time. On the way out, I stopped by dad's study to tell him bye. I am his favorite person in the world and even I know when dad is in his study you knock before you enter. three loud knocks and a bellowing come in I'm standing in front of my dad who still hasn't looked up from paper work to see who came inside ... as soon as he notices it is me he sets down his papers " is everything alright? do you need anything?" he sat up straight ready to take on the world if that's what I asked

"worry wort lol everything is fine dad just heading into town to pick up a few things, for later wanted to tell you I love you sooooo I love you ill see you when we get back."

He stops me and pulls out his wallet, handing me a black card.

He smiles and says ". Today is on me. Squirt have fun come back link me if you need anything. I love you!" with a huge smile on his face

"haha very funny after tonight your gonna be thankful for the years of silence you have had. You and mom will be the first people I link after shifting" with the biggest most innocent smile I could manage I love you dad thank you so much " standing on my tiptoes he bends down and I kiss his cheek.

Coming out the office, shutting the door and holding up the card to Megan, who screams, grabs me and takes off out the front door before dad changes his mind, even though that never happens.

after 45 min of driving, we are out of the woods and almost to town ... my stomach did a flip and I got nervous even my hands started sweating. but nothing was wrong I couldn't figure it out but the feeling wouldn't go away. we arrive in town and pull up to the first shop deciding we will just leave the car and walk main street get something to eat and then head back.

ten stores later I'm finally sitting in the cool ac of my favorite burger shack I order my regular a double cheese burger with extra bacon and a side of curly fries with cheese. Megan got her normal chicken strips and gravy with fries she is as hungry from all this shopping as I am but she is afraid the first time her mate sees her she will have a big ass burger hanging from her mouth and so when we go out she eats small . I'm not suffering I love food and I know the moon goddess will bless me with an amazing mate that loves everything about me . Megan looks up at me from her food "how are you not bouncing in your seat I wont even be able to think next month when its my turn" being the alphas daughter I have more control then most shewolves. All the extra training I'm just calm anytime something exciting happens I always get that question from her and she always gets the same answer I have slip ups for sure but for the most part my mom has always told me to control my emotions breath and think before I react so that's what I do always have. I get up to pay the bill and terry steps from behind the desk he is the owner and a big ol bear of a person but the sweetest cuddle bear in the world. handing him the card from my dad he pretends to swipe it before handing it back to me. raising my eyebrows and looking at him he says "ok ok you caught me lol its on the house princess its your special day "

I thank him for being so sweet and give him a big ol hug even though my arms don't go all the way around him. We refill our drinks on the way out. and stop at a few more shops finally finding the perfect outfit. believe it or not Megan ended up helping me pick a dress. "the contrast from innocent to your wolf will be amazing and give it that extra dramatic flare" she says throwing her hands in a big circle.

After picking out an out fit for Megan new shoes for us both and some accessories we began walking back to the car I get that feeling again from the car and start scanning my surroundings trying to see what it is I have been missing but once again nothing no one unusual. as we reach the car we notice it is sitting a little funny walking up three of the four tires on the hot red convertible are slashed.
