Skye's P.O.V.

I refilled the bath twice the jets and hot water just felt to good to get out. the water is cooling off again so I get out and walk to the shower to blast my bones to loose the chill quickly but when my feet touch the floor I can feel it is heated and I no longer need the shower. I wrap my self in a towel and just slide down to the floor. I'm curious about what is going on in the house while I am in here he said he would have the staff cook but I haven't seen anyone the entire time I have been here except him and Megan. He said she will wake up tomorrow I have to remember to ask what the story is she seen me with the sword I screamed at her tears began to form in my eyes I really thought my best friend betrayed me I feel horrible she would never do anything to hurt me. I hope he takes that memory away I don't want her to ever think of me that way. I was a horrible friend. I get off the floor wash my face put on my clothes and go back in the room. he wasn't lying this room the bathroom what I have seen so far I would so design a house this way. Before I go downstairs I decided to go across the hall to check on Megan. She is in bed but not covered up so I walk over to her and make her more comfortable tucking her in I crawl in bed and lay down next to my friend once again thankful that she is here with me. I'm not sure how much time has passed I dozed off someone is knocking on the door. I crawl out of bed and walk over to the door nervous to open it I will agree to his deal but I am not ready to see him just yet. lifting my head taking a deep breath I open the door... one of the most attractive men I have ever seen stood before my eyes. his eyes an amazing deep honey, with a jaw line so sharp you could cut diamonds light freckles danced across his serious face and tattoos of skulls and roses danced down his left arm extending from his chest. Right away I am drawn to him like I have never been to anyone before. This could be a trick just one of his different what did he say ... skins. I extend my hand out for a hand shake he almost takes it before he drops his hand takes a step back and bows

I have never thought about throwing myself at a complete stranger but at this moment I am having a very hard time not jumping into his arms and kissing him all over those sexy tattoos. looking at him is making my head spin like imy brain is tryinng to tell me something but it cant get through.

"please call me Skye" I dropped my hand back to my side noticing he wasn't going to take it I couldn't help the flash of hurt that crossed my face. why are my feelings hurt a stranger wouldn't touch me get it together Skye

I was the first wolf to stumble upon this beautiful place I was told the pack was just forming and our Luna would be joining us shortly that is when I got my instructions."

awww he is rambling at least he isn't an asshole and it's not me just another stupid rule put forth by my captor.

"just random wolves looking for a new start either upset with how their alphas ran things or heartbroken from loosing their mate and unable to bare being in their old packs" his eyes glaze over and I recognize that look right away he is mind linking. waiting for his eyes to concentrate back on me before I speak I don't want to distract him it could be important

"I have been so rude you must have had a reason to come look for me what do you need?"

"Master Daryk has asked for you to join him for dinner." so his name is Daryk I can not for the life of me remember if he ever told me

"is it that late already I must have slept longer then I thought give me just a moment to run across the hall." I take off into my room checking my appearance just incase I get to meet more people. all though the situation I am in is bullshit I am determined to make the best out of it while trying to figure a way out. coming back out of my room K.C. is still standing there.

"ok I am ready now sorry for making you wait "

"No need to be sorry Luna let's get you to dinner"

I thought maybe we would chat on the way down but he stays quite I watched him pick his head up and look at me a few times and open his mouth but before he says anything he just drops his head and keeps walking. It is super cute and I cant help but smile

we make it down the stairs and back to the dinning room my heart rate accelerates my palms get sweaty and I am no longer as confident as I was up stairs. I think K.C. Notices the change because he lifts his head looks at me and for the first time smiles

" everything will be ok Luna no need to be nervous it is only dinner"

"is the rest of the pack coming to ?"

"not tonight they are working on the pack house dinner is being provided for them there "

"oh ok will you be joining the Alpha and I?"

"not tonight I'm going to go over to the pack house to make sure everything is going ok and on time can't have new pack members moving here with no where to stay"

"you have a point thank you for escorting me to dinner please let me know if there is anything I can do to help with the pack house or anything else "

"will do Luna please enjoy your meal " he turns to walk away and I stand there a few more moments making sure I am calm completely before walking into the dinning room. I push the door open and head in ready for what ever this night my bring.

I don't see anyone other then Daryk and he is smiling like he has won the best prize in the world. I walk to the table making sure to grab the chair directly across from him no need to get close.
